I had a wonderful experience that was both fast and easy. I highly recommend it. The salesperson, Ruben, was exceptional and assisted me in getting the exact truck I had wanted. And the rest of the staff was wonderful.

Shaun at North Island Nissan recently helped me lease a Nissan Kicks for my mother. I live out of province and was not able to go to the dealership so all correspondence was done via phone and email. I arrived at north island Nissan looking for a pre-ownerd vehicle with low mileage. I was helped by Kyle who was knowledgeable and professional, and super friendly. Kyle found me my perfect car, a pre owned Nissan frontier with low mileage and still under warranty. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to visit north island Nissan in Campbell river to see Kyle I had a such a good experience and I’ve visited a few dealerships before this and none of them compare to my experience at north island Nissan they have a really good team and they are all super helpful. 5 stars !!!

Although the car I was interested in sold before I could get to the dealership, I have great praise for Colin, the sales associate who handled my every question and concern about the vehicle and the negotiation process regarding the vehicle with great attention, even taking care to make an introduction video for me highlighting all the cars' details. I have been looking for the perfect vehicle for a couple years and Dana Cowan has worked super hard with me for the perfect vehicle. She did it she found me a truck that I thought I wouldn’t ever be able to have! I needed something that I could pull my ATV with and she pulled it off!! I’m his girl pulled a miracle! If u need a vehicle and u think it will b impossible to get go see Dana Cowan cause she can pull anything off she amazing to work with and fun!!!! She’s knowledgeable and listens to what u want and really does her homework for you!!!

Kyle at North Island Nissan was extremely helpful.
We had a great experience from start to finish. Test drive to purchase… Kyle was great when it came to us buying our vehicle.
I bring our Rogue in every few weeks for the complimentary car wash offered to us when we bought it.
The service department was busy when I came by last… so Kyle went above and beyond by washing our vehicle himself without my knowing.
When I learned it was Kyle that washed our car I felt bad and apologized. He smiled, shook my hand and told me it was no problem at all.
Yet again… Kyle was kind and helpful.
We are very happy with our purchase and the continuing great service at North Island Nissan.

Have to give props to The sales department, Specifically Kyle Stoudt, was looking at a vehicle in their inventory and Kyle was extremely helpful answering questions, Even taking some photos and videos on parts I had questions about as I was not local. Worked extremely hard to make a deal work, and after deciding to go a different way was extremely courteous and wished me the best. Excellent work. To management, This guy goes above and beyond and was one of the most helpful and respectful salesman I've dealt with.
