After using edgewater plumbing twice in one week I can only say really great things. He keeps good communication, showed up next day for my emergency clog , his prices are fair and the work is very well done. Will, without a doubt continue using his services.

My grey water pipes froze solid and backed up into the house during the freeze/thaw in Dec. After trying to contact plumbers that were not available, Jeff and staff answered my call and promptly booked an appointment. I thought it was just to give me an estimate, but they immediately got to work and rerouted the pipes so no chance of the problem reoccurring. Very reasonable rates, professional demeanor. Excellent service, highly recommend Jeff and his team.

A couple of weeks ago, I was housesitting and discovered water in the basement. I called Edgewater Plumbing and was amazed at how quickly they responded (within an hour). I don’t suppose that is possible all the time, I was very lucky! Turns out the sewer was backing up and the septic tank full. Jeff and his associate were fantastic. Not only did they fix the backup situation but they prepped the site where the septic tank was located. 110% effort … so grateful! I was very lucky to have called Edgewater Plumbing that morning.

I needed my faucet and filter fixed, I did some research and I heard that Edgewater is the best plumbing in town. The customer service was excellent, Jeff was very friendly and did a great job! Very thorough, efficient, and the rates are great. No doubt the best experience I've had, I highly recommend Edgewater plumbing and heating! If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would !

Jeff and his crew were awesome. He did a full poly B replacement in my house and installed a new hot water tank. I also needed a gas line for a new range and bbq and he had that done in a day. Definitely going back to him if/when I need.

I required a new hot water tank as my old one started to leak. Jeff from Edgewater showed up on the day to replace my 11 year old tank. He was both very knowledgeable and professional in his handling of the install. He even went above and beyond to make sure any future leaks wouldn't cause damage.

Jeff and his team at Edgewater Plumbing did a full re-pipe of our home, replacing all of the Poly-B. Not only were they quick, clean and efficient, they drilled minimal holes in a complex system. They finished earlier than they had originally said AND came in under budget. I have been very happy with their services in the past, and this was no exception. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Jeff made himself available just when we needed him to install the final plumbing touches in our new kitchen. He was very professional, friendly and was careful to protect our kitchen and floor as he worked. He went above and beyond as he not only did the plumbing but helped us reinstall our fridge cabinet which we would never have gotten up without his help. Thanks Jeff!

We called Edgewater when our hot water tank started leaking. They were here the next day! We really appreciated the quick response but we were even more pleased with the level of service and professionalism. They went above and beyond, the type of service you would hope for by hiring a local business. Highly recommend Jeff and his team.

Jeff was very prompt when we called him. No pressure, easy to talk with, very professional. The installation was completed in a few days. We were very satisfied. Good value. Quick response and good problem solving attitude.I’ve had Jeff help me with two plumbing problems in the last couple of years and he has been able to fix both quickly and thoughtfully,and resonably.
