The man I dealt with was very kind and was very patient with me. Amazing service and outcompetes any other computer software help within 20km for prices. He made it very easy for me and I felt very trusting of him. I wish I was in a better mood when I picked up my computer to show this man the gratitude he deserves.

Fast, easy, friendly and reasonably priced. Decent selection of harware in stock, usually have what I am looking for on hand in store. Spent 2 hours running around Penticton looking for a cpu heatsink and not 1 place had a single one or could suggest any help, Bad Robot got me taken care of in under 5 min. Would definatly recommend.

Rob is extremely knowledgeable about computers and I think he's able to fix any problem you might have with your computer .

I'd say 3 stars only coz atleast they fixed my appliance but the only issue is communication is poor. Takes a while but if ur not in a rush I'd say it's ok.

Rarely open. But the owner does solid tech work when he is.

I needed a wifi booster and from researching online I thought I had a good idea of what I needed. I made the mistake of trusting the owner who found me a simple antenna which was a fraction of the cost of an actual wifi booster. I was sceptical but the owner was so so so sure that it was all I needed and that it would fit on any internet modem. Long story short it doesn’t fit on any modem and is completely useless.
The guy obviously just had it in old stock and wanted to liquidate it, I’m really disappointed as I do my best to shop local but this owner give small town shopping a bad name, from asking others about their experiences I have heard very similar stories.
He earned his one star and I hope the owner changes his sales practices.

When my mother came to the store the first time, we were sold a printer. With my moms concern of always being able to get the ink from summerland, as she has long hours and doesnt get out much. We were garunteed that the ink would be sold there always, as he hasnt had problems with these printers at all. 6 months later, i come in to get replacement ink. I made it super easy for the guy by bringing the old colors that needed to be replaced, a primary set, and a black cartridge. As i hand him the ink i thought to myself that i should check his work but i didnt want to be that rude customer. He handed me the ink and i didnt think anyone could mess that up when they're ESPESIALLY the owner. I had to drive back 2 more times for his to finally realise he sold me the wrong color (magenta instead of black) AND the wrong sizes. As i got home both times realizing that he messed up again. He did say sorry, so i will give him that. But he told me he doesnt sell the ink cartridges that he sold me with the printer he garunteed me would have ink in his store, Bad robot. The worst part of all this is how bad he stunk up the whole store. Im not a close-minded person, I dont judge harshly, but seriosuly the whole store man. As i ask to speak to the manager he looked nervous and didnt say anything. (I wasnt being rude at all until this point) I said are you the manager? He said yes i am, and i am sorry i stopped selling your ink, theres nothing i can do. This is when i got hot and angry from this guy wasting an hour of my day driving back and forth for him to tell me the printer he garunteed would have ink in his store is now all in my head. That is when i reminded him of his promises and that he needs to read the ink packages before handing random picks to the customer...OR AT LEAST DONT OFFER TO HELP IF YOUR GUNNA SCREW UP THE ONLY THREE THINGS YOU POSSIBLY CAN. Terrible buiness move, we were big costumers, buiness and house related.
