Was a customer with Fortiphi for probably about 10 years. For the past roughly four years, they connected me with Travelers Insurance. After my rates went up, I looked for alternatives and found a good deal elsewhere. I needed Fortiphi's help to release the policy with Travelers. I called four times, never got an actual human being. Left four voicemails explaining my situation and never got a call back over the course of about 2-3 weeks. Seems when business is coming in, they're top notch but when you want to sever ties, they will make it as difficult as possible, or darn near impossible. As a result, I had to double-pay my Auto and Home insurance -- one with Travelers and one with my new insurance policies. I don't anticipate getting a refund unfortunately.

I was a customer for 6 years-no accidents, no tickets, and paid my bill automatically. Rates went up 240% overnight. In addition as this rate increase transpired there was poor communication and questionable business practices I was not notified of the rate increase until after the money had been deducted from my account. Just get your insurance online, it's half the price and the customer service is far superior.

No answers the phone takes days tk get qoutes as soon as i get back home im finding a new company
