Lee is an exceptional realtor. He really knows the market here, and found us the perfect house right in the area we wished to live. He's very industrious, very professional, always promptly addressing any questions or concerns we had. He was also always trying negotiate a better deal for us. He talked us out of one purchase which turned out to be a blessing and really moved fast when the better fit arrived. As a bonus he is charming and entertaining and actually made looking for a new house an enjoyable experience.

Lee stuck it out with us while our search went on for a couple of years. Purchasing when not in the same province can be a real challenge, but Lee made this very smooth and did a lot of the legwork for us, even being present for the sump pump out! He’s great to work with and surely “knows a guy” who can help with most anything! Would definitely use Lee again for any future real estate dealings!

I connected with Lee last year when I started looking for a property in Creston Valley while still on Vancouver Island. Lee helped me find the right property.
