I had received a present from a family member that happened to be the wrong size. Luckily, the present still had tags on with prices and were never worn. All I wanted was to exchange them and not return. My experience was horrible as they were hostile and angry as soon as I entered the store and the lady was not interested in helping me. I am tired of the "shop local" mindset when you go to a local store that is heavily overpriced from the beginning and only be treated rudely. It's no wonder that big companies have grown because they actually treat you with respect and care about your sales. All I can say is that, I will never go back and will never recommend it to anyone.
