Pealow's Your Independent Grocer Creston

This place is well stocked for a grocery store in a town the size of Creston. I was able to find ceramic paste (normally found in a department store such as a much larger Canadian Tire or Walmart); as well as everything needed to cook an awesome Indian Butter Chicken dinner.

I love Pealows. Staff are usually friendly, and their presidents' choice brand is always terrific and more affordable.

brutally sick but needed groceries used the online and curbside pick up must give a 5/5 had an excellent staff member collect my items and kindly brought them to my car with a smile. so ill didn't even think of my bags but she helped put all my items in the car. Excellent service, brilliant staff honestly what a great service they provide saved me from sharing this illness i wouldn't wish on public enemy number 1.. Thank you for excellent service!

Very nice atmosphere. I've lived in the Creston Valley for about 4 years the staff are friendly. I recommend getting the rewards point card if you plan to go shopping there often

Stopped here after shambhala. It was nice to be in a town/city where people weren't jaded by the zombie apocalypse and thinking every person that isn't in their cubicle at work is up to no good. Had a much needed rest in the shade without being harassed. Thank you Creston BC.

Visit this place every week. They always have great deals on groceries. The store has a nice selection of products. They are open late which is amazing in a town that seems to close at 6. Some cashiers are super friendly and so is the owner when he's in there, but there's some cashiers who are cold and completely unhelpful. They have a great range of products which again, is amazing for a town that closes when the sun's still up.

I drive every day to Indecent Pealow's store. Because , I find what I need. They have a very expanded item's. The prices are competitive. Fruit and veggies fresh. Great selection of breads. Staff very helpful, friendly. Clean atmosphere. Always ready to help. In one word. This store is the best we ever have in Creston. Thank you for your friendly services. I love then all

Everyone is always so friendly and patient. There have been a lot of changes recently, but it is slowly coming together. The staff are always great and that helps tremendously!

Great supermarket to shop at. Clean, well stocked, great selection, really great meats and friendly staff. Our go to supermarket.

They usually have everything i need at decent prices. Love the rewards program!!

Good one stop shop. Nice big grocery store great produce, meats, deli and bakery. Also carries more lots of other needs too. Pharmacy, clothes, house hold storage stuff, books and magazines. Gas bar near by. Use PC optimum card, get discounts too.

This chain has great prices on a multitude of products. Good deli products. Produce can be cheaper, not necessarily better. The canned and packaged items are the best price in town.

It is so nice that in such a small town, that we have an Independent, to give us the variety and selection of grocery goods that are available in the city.

Moreso, I appreciate that Independent offers a selection of local produce, since Creston Valley had an enviable selection of produce available locally.

It isnt uncommon to see Pealows supporting local charities and food drives, which warms my heart. it makes it easy as well for local customers to contribute.

Independent also brings PC Points to the area, offering another way other than Shoppers to collect points for additional savings. My hopes is that Flash Foods will be available in the future. It sure helps grocery stores to further monetize items that are close to end of life.

I have also had good luck at Pealows with plants. I purchased Christmas planters a week ago and also bought deck planters (strawberries) this summer.

Just opened and it's PACKED which is a good thing because before this grocery store got up graded it was fewer and fewer people getting groceries from the store which I think is strange because the other store across town (overwaitea/over pricey) is so expensive, it was a better store DISCLAIMER but now I think YIG is the better store in town.I am sooooo happy they have BULK things now❤.

I was shopping in the store the other day and was so thankful to the cashier, Emmalynn, for her cheerfulness and how she spoke loud and clear with her mask on! No trouble at all understanding her!
