I had them replace the furnace at my rental house and they were very professional and fast. Traven (sales) was very easy to deal with and was very knowledgeable as well. We even asked them to save a motherboard for us from the old one and they did without issue. I recommend these guys.

Over the past year we have had issues with our heat pump, furnace fan and now our pressure tank. Tratech has been amazing! Their technicians have responded promptly and with professionalism. I would highly recommend Tratech. They are the best!

I had the best experience with Tratech Mechanical, they were professional through the entire process of removing and installing an upgrade of my furnace and heat pump. I am pleased with the quality of the equipment they recommended and installed it's much quieter and the heat distributes much better thought out the house. I would recommend them to anyone needing any heating/cooling systems or repairs.

The staff at Tratech are unbelievable. Always very friendly, professional, and accommodating. We recently had issues with extremely high iron and other sediment concerns with our water. The team at Tratech came out and did an assessment, tester out water, and returned the results quickly. They provided a very reasonable quote for a new water system. When they came to replace everything, the technician Cory was very kind, and accommodating to my work schedule. He even hung out with our dog!

I would recommend the the team at Tratech to anyone - and we will be using them again!!

It's hard finding good/trustworthy contractors, and Tratech is one of the most trusted companies we deal with. They always have our best interest's in mind, and aren't afraid to think out of the box when it comes to solving our various heating, plumbing, air conditioning and refrigeration needs. Highly recommend them to anyone needing work done.

I made the mistake of going with a different local company to install my new hot water tank- and I should have went to Tratech instead. It would have saved me over $400 and unnecessary communication and billing hassles.

The installer I spoke to over the phone was professional, courteous, and up-front about the charges.

Replaced the frost free hydrant in our backyard and was not only fast but disturbed as little of the yard as possible to get the job done and dressed it up nicely before leaving. If it wasn't for the bit of bare dirt around the hydrant you would never know they were there.
Fast forward 5 years and Tratech saved the day again with an emergency Sunday service call. Thanks to them we were able to have water the rest of the night without having to wait until Monday.

Tratech supplied and installed a heat pump and ducting in our home which is almost 100 years old, so it came with issues. Traven and his crew were easy to deal with and very accommodating. Devin and Devon did the majority of the installation and they were awesome, they spent hours in my attic in this heat to get my heat pump, and duct work installed so I had air conditioning during this heat wave.They were polite, courteous and efficient. There were a few glitches due to suppliers and the house itself, but they handled them without any issues. They took pride in the work that they did. The estimate I was given was the amount I was invoiced. I highly recommend Tratech

25 years as a landlord across two Provinces and these are the best plumbers I've come across. The hot water heater in a 13 unit apartment died (on a weekend) and they were able to keep it going and install an entirely new system so none of my tenants went without hot water. Top quality workmanship and service. Professional crew that stayed quite late and worked overtime to ensure that the job was done right before going home. Fair pricing with excellent work, would highly recommend.

I called Tratech at 12:22 pm informed Traven as to what needed to be done! I needed a new hot water tank. I had tried changing heaters to fix it.. but I had no success. At 1:06pm I got a call, I am grateful. Speedy service!! Great work! Tom was great. Even though the poor guy had such a tight space to work he was efficient, tidy and very polite. Tratech supplied and installed a Veissmann propane boiler floor heating system and tied into the existing Electric boiler system so we could utilize either system with a 2 minute switchover routine. The dual system has worked flawlessly for 4 years. I recently discovered a leak in some threaded and soldered fittings in the original piping and stopped to talk to them about my idea for a repair. Traven explained why my idea would not likely work and suggested an alternate method using a Propress fitting and promptly ordered the fitting for me and supplied the press tool so I could complete the repair. Service above and beyond!!!

I purchased a heat pump from Tratech Mechanical, located in Creston BC this summer during the heat spell. I could not be more pleased with their product and knowledgeable installers. I really appreciated Solange's quick response arranging for Cory to do a time sensitive site visit to confirm copper fittings were in place to satisfy the insurance company six days before we took house possession.

Very impressed Cory called me the morning of the visit confirming his ETA, and to receive his emailed reports by noon. What a bonus that they didn't even charge me the minimum call out fee, or a truck fee.

We now have other plumbing projects to tackle and I've already put in the service email. Thank you Solange and Cory, and I'm looking forward to working with Tratech Mechanical over the next few months.

Tratech just replaced our furnace, A/C, and water tank. They also did a fireplace hook up for us. I have to say they have done the best work I’ve seen in many years. Professional, thorough and tidy work. I got the distinct impression they worked on our house was as if they were working on their own. Highly recommended, a full five star rating. It doesn’t get better than this.

Tratech just completed the installation of a mini split system in our home. Location of the two heads was critical as they had to be in precisely the right spot. The work they did was first class and the installers were extremely careful of our home, very professional in their work and they left everything clean and tidy when they were done. We would definitely recommend Tratech to our friends and family.

Decided after nearly 13 years of heating with wood, that it was time to switch to a natural gas combi demand hot water heater and furnace. We also switched our BBQ and outdoor fireplace to ng. Tratech Mechanical gave us a great quote and their Technician, Roger , along with apprentices Myles and Ben got the whole job done in good time.
