you guys need to train the lady that was working this morning on how to do the lottery stuff because she told me she's never played the lottery and has no idea
I want to know my options if I have a question I want them to be able to help me get through it and she charged me for the extra without even asking me if I wanted it

My family and I were on a road trip late at night and decided to stop at a convenience store for a bathroom break and a few snacks. We're a pretty average size family of 4 (2 adults 2 teen) so we expected a quick in and out. It seemed to have a relatively clean atmosphere and seemed to be kept well. I picked up a few snacks with my mom as my sister and dad waited in the truck for us. As we went up to the till my mom told me to get some tiquitos for my sister and I. They were self serve so my mom asked a worker how long they'd been cooking for. He said about 30 minutes and so I grabbed 2 but as I did another worker shouted at me that they weren't fully cooked yet. Perplexed I squished the treat a bit but found they were still frozen. He began to go on about how much he hates people, as he said this over several times. I have GAD so I immediately wanted to de-escalate the situation by just giving in and paying for the tiquitos, but my mom persisted. She asked about if he could still reheat them but he told us we couldn't since I already touched them. She explained that I didn't actually touch them but instead picked them up with the tongs so it should be safe to put them back on the burner. He just shouted back at us "it's like a bakery, you touch it you buy it!"... ok, uh 7 eleven is hardly on fresh bakery standards but anyways. My mom still was trying to negotiate a way for him to at least let us heat them up faster, and still in his booming voice told us there's a microwave we can use and even went so far as to open it and present it to us sarcastically. We sat there in awe as my anxiety rose but I just wanted to get out of there at this point. My mom once again tried to ask for assistance and asked him how long I should microwave it for since we didn't want to get food poisoning, "Have you never used a microwave before??!! Just press whatever and feel for it!". Shaking I put the two snacks in the clicker and litterally pressed whatever buttons available and waited till I thought they were ok. I burnt my fingers a bit trying to get them out but I didn't care. I don't like making fights, especially with strangers and this strife just kept going in the opposite direction that I wanted it to. I placed all I could on the counter and we were ready to pay when he all of a sudden just ran away for about 30 seconds before coming back to finish another person's till. When he was finished with ours he later did apologize for his actions and behavior towards us and persistedto let us keep the tiquitos for free. I actually felt sorry for him and I'm keeping him in my prayers, however about a minute later he then wiped out his phone and blatantly took a photo of my mom without her consent. She tried to confront him about it but he said he was just looking at the time. I'm sorry but I just felt sorry for this guy. He's clearly got issues that need to be resolved but never the less you still don't bring it into your workplace especially when your in the customer service industry. Anyways, keep this man in your thoughts and prayers cause he obviously needs it.

We go to this location for the coffee and that's about it. Service is negligible, guy is staring at his phone instead of making sure there is fresh food. Food is usually really old and there is often not much to choose from. With McDonald's across the street one would think these guys would try harder.
