Went in today looking for a new washer and dryer as my washer quit working. Excellent service no pressure and when I asked when it could be delivered was given 2 dates today or tomorrow. Delivered same day I bought showed up at expected time no waiting, both appliances hooked up and out in 30 minutes. Never have I experienced such great service Thanks you so very much.

As per usual We went in, got Immediate no pressure service, found what we were looking for, and purchased!! The New item will be Briught in, installed & the old unit remove, and properly Recycled/Desposed!! For a Low affordable Fee!

I would say it's the best Furniture, and appliances store in Town, but it's better than most Furniture Stores I've shopped at!!

We really love the items we purchased at Vance Furniture; our leather couch and chair, beds, and appliances! My parents who live in Oliver, BC are very happy with the furniture they chose from Vance Store also! The bar stools are super good quality and look classy, and the end tables for their small living room are perfect! Thank you to the great team at Vance’s, (including the informative and fun videos!)

My oven died and I needed a new one ASAP. Vance BrandSource was helpful and quick with letting me know what they had on the floor that was the most similar to what I wanted.
I checked prices and compared to Cranbrook, but they had a better deal. I prefer to shop local and they made my experience great. I’ll be returning here in the future.
