Had a tune up done on my hard tail. The service I received in person as well as on the bike itself was superb. Nate took the time to walk me through all the work he did, made some recommendations, and answered any question I had. Infinitely better experience here than any other shop I’ve been to. I’ll be back!

This place is awesome. Very well stocked bike shop with knowledge techs. Everyone in the shop was super friendly. I blew up my bike and needed service ASAP but they were quite backlogged. I was able to procure some expedited service using the international bike shop currency (if you know you know). Would definitely go back.

Great shop, friendly staff and a good selection. Solid assortment of products and some unique items. One of the guys came and chatted with us and as we were just passing through offered some food suggestions.

Also, some incredible repair stands/tools used in shop. Clearly shows an investment on top end service. I wouldn't hesitate to leave my bike with someone who has an EZ-Lift.

I just purchased my first ebike from Revolution and I cannot say enough about the excellent customer service I received. I didn't get the most expensive bike but Tyler spent so much time with me making sure that the bike I chose fitted correctly and then went over all the aspects of the bike and the care of it. I am so happy I chose to get my bike from Revolution and big thank you to Tyler. I highly recommend them.

I just purchased an Orbea Occam from here and the customer service has been amazing. Tyler (great name btw) got me all set up and tuned the bike so it was ready to roll for me. I had to take the bike in again today to have a loose shock lockout looked at, and even though they were super busy they got the fix done within the hour. Great people, great shop, highly recommend.

Revolution Cycles is highly regarded in the regional MTB community for their quality product lines, maintenance shop & knowledgeable expertise in all things cycling. That was certainly true in the case of my recent purchase there of of a women’s-specific dual-suspension eBike (Liv, Giant’s sister brand). Kudos to the staff for great service, especially to Nate for his infinite patience during the detailed bike fitting & customization process.

Not many businesses that have 5 star across the board for reviews. There is a reason for this. These folks will not disappoint in their service and attention to detail! Without a doubt best service I've seen at a bike shop anywhere!

Best bike shop I have ever dealt with. Had 2 bikes with pretty significant issues on a trip to Rossland. The staff dealt with them quickly and did high quality work. Very friendly and knowledgable staff. Even with the covid-19 restrictions found them all to be reasonable and welcoming taking necessary precautions but still being kind. Could not recommend this shop more.

Always an absolute pleasure going into Revolution to get gear or to have my bike serviced. Extra big shout-out to Luke (who I mistakenly called "Mr J" when I first wrote this review....sorry.........should have been "Mr Luke I think) who, despite having hands that were "unfit" to touch my fancy new biking jersey (clearly he's working super hard fixing bikes all day and thats why his hands are dirty), still provided top-notch customer service.

The guys at Revolution Cycles epitomize customer service! I found them super accommodating and understanding of riders who want to get back on the trail asap. I was amazed at how personable/patient they remained with a constant stream of people coming through the door with misc issues. You can't go wrong at this place!!

Brought in my Norco Sight for a fork servicing at noon. By 5 pm same day I had a call saying the bike was ready for pickup. The mechanic (Mitch) fixed it up and showed me in detail what he had changed. Bike feels brand new - very happy with the service. Thanks Mitch and Nate!

I used them to get a rental bike to do the seven summits trail and they went out of their way to arrange getting the rental to the shuttle agency even though both businesses were closed on Sunday when I took the shuttle. Very accommodating and friendly and the bike had been tuned up excellently

best bike shop I've been to. Very friendly, helpful and timely service. All staff were helpful and polite, especially Luke.
The all mountain rental bikes were in excellent condition.
