Finally the city listened and actually redid the skate park!! The old park was so run down and had so many cracks and gaps that it was a disaster causing many to not go there or risk being severely injured. The updates are incredible, Smooth new ground, new obstacles, left some of old obstacles for the nostalgia. Love this park now, lots of fun!! Now if we can get the city to build a small skate park in Newton area, maybe Unwin park with a roof with lights then that would be amazing!
