Bear Creek Liquor Store

We went to the store on the night of 11 january there was a guy dont know his name but as we were group of 3 guys he asked from all of us to give the ID and one of the guy from our group had ID but he wont allow to serve because we all need to have an piece of ID we all tried to show him ID in the phone but same he did not allowed us at that time it was a very rude way to deal with customers also from my side if i oversaid something i owe him a apology but if he could work on his skill to control the situation rather than making a scene then it will be good for the store. And yes sorry Bud for my behaviour also

Best customer service ever, I went there at 10:59 they were ready to leave but they let me in which most of the liquor stores don’t do and when I was about to pay my phone ran out of power and didn’t have my wallet with me. They charged my phone and waited just because of that. Respect +

I just ordered from them through Uber eats and my order was delayed because they were short on drivers, when I got my order, there were complimentary mini bottles with a note attached apologizing for the late order, even though they had no control over the situation. Super classy move and the best customer service experience I have had in a while. Thanks for making me smile :)

I was in the store a a few days ago and I had absolutely no idea what i wanted. Eric must of known I was confused by the look on my face because he was by my side fast!

He asked me what I was into and then I’m offered me a few drink ideas, some good some way to sweet. He was loads of help!
