I know their screens are on at the drive thru, but the lights are off inside.
They are closed!
Don’t wait at the drive thru unless you find it fun.

Very nice brand new McDs. They had some great specials for their grand opening and super yummy mini cupcakes 🧁 for all. I’m just happy I don’t have to drive 20 minutes anymore to get my favourite coffee!

Have to say this is the one..always happy service fresh hot food n not just the burger or the fries the whole order thank you sometimes mom needs kitchen break lol family enjoyed very much this treat...and thank you the ladies room open and clean top shelf place..mom.aproved

Rather go to this location compared to the location close to the Shell gas station. Only have unfriendly service if workers are from other places other than here. Not all are unfriendly but a lot of them.. And no, not racist against others either. Just being honest on here..

The food was hot and fresh. The restaurant was updated and extremely clean. The employees were very friendly. Excellent. Worthy of 10 ⭐‘s.

Really clean, friendly helpful staff. Bathrooms were even nice. They offered to bring the food to where we were sitting and even filled our drinks for us. Great experience as far as mcdonalds goes. 👌

I always stopped at this place, for any quick bite to eat, or even just for a coffee! Very accessible and convenient location!!!

That stuff was STRAIGHT YUMMERS😋 MOST of the staff is decent and those nuggets are top tier like my soul literally left my body and found itself in heaven after just one bite🤤 The ketchup was the freaking best my tongues taste buds have ever dissolved, There’s just something about this McDonald’s that really takes the basic meals to legendary status. The bathroom is alittle stinky though but hey it’s bathroom🤣 Oh and those mouthwatering freshly salted fry’s brought my dead relative back from the grave they were so good😩

All that I wanted was coffee. They had it.

We’ve stopped here two days in a row on our way into the city for breakfast. Service has been fast and friendly and the food perfect each time. It’s true we had to pull ahead to wait for our food but it came very quickly. I think it’s a line movement strategy to keep people just getting a coffee moving through. Smart move.

Everything you want and expect at McDonald's.

Date nights doesn't have to be fancy. A hot fudge sundae and regular coffee was all we needed ❤

Service is excellent and kind although known were all under severe stress and are cracking like eggs every where people turn.
Always check your order before leaving to make sure it is correct. Its McDonald's so we all know this food is not good for any of us.
Once you reach a certain age this food is no longer manageable by the metabolism. I have noticed from my usual diet in the woods of deer, potatoes and pastas, McDonald's leaves me feeling breathless and incapable for days, so even though I leave 5 stars for the amazing people who are trying their best...I dont leave it for the food...and they dont make salads any more so...not one healthy option on menu anymore...what happened to the veggie pizza and salads, I'm not a vegetarian, but I need vegetables just like any other healthy human...anyways...leave the Mcrib on the menu permanently...and Salads and pizzas...all that other stuff is just killer filler

Excellent service from the staff. My first time at this location and there are a lot of McDonald's franchisees who could learn from this location. Immaculately clean, pleasant/helpful staff, lots of ordering options clearly marked and an extra sign showing the benefits of getting the McDonald's app. Well done.

Going to Whitecourt yesterday I decided to go to a MacDonalds and grab a coffee and a junior chicken meal. Since I was in a minibus, I used my app for a mobile order pickup. Not even 5 minutes later a young guy brought it out and said sorry for the wait! I thanked him! Never had such easy and fast delivery! Westwind MacDonalds, Spruce Grove!

Sometimes the extra Big Mac sauce comes in a big container, sometimes a small container, either half full or completely full, I have no idea how many to ask for because of this. However, I’ve gotten a bonus chicken nugget on multiple occasions. 🙂

Came in the other day (maybe a week ago now) and was blown away by one of the young managers. We went in and order ice cream and sat at the furthest tables. He Went out of his way to come and ask my friends little boy and my 7 month old wanted balloons (I declined for the baby but my friends 5 year old happily accepted). I watched him several times go above and beyond what was expected with other customers. And he did it with a smile. I was very impressed and this definitely made my day!

Made 3 seperate orders all at once... And they didn't get anything wrong. Very impressed because other Mc Ds usually make mistakes and things are missing all the time but not these guys.

I like this new location. Currently Monopoly promotion is going on.
