I'd give more stars if I could. It's always chaotic when I show up ad I have 4 busy kids but I'm always felt welcomed and the ladies are always friendly and nice. The doctor that has been doing work on 2 of our kids is absolutely amazing.. he keeps them calm and there not as anxious with him fixing there teeth. I recommend this dentist to everyone.

I have struggled with depression and anxiety all my life, and dealing with my dental health has, unfortunately, held a lot of shame for me. I have always been super nervous to reach out for help, but Dr. Thibault, Melissa, and Kelsey (I believe?), as well as the rest of the team here, have made me wonder, "Why didn't I do this sooner?!"
Every single visit has been so warm and welcoming; I have felt absolutely 0 shame when dealing with everything and have even felt super validated for taking the initiative in making a change!

From past years bad experiences at another location, I was extremely pleased with my treatment at Queen Street Dental. Dr. Leilani was very patient, kind and restored my confidence in dentists.

As a patient with extreme dental anxiety and a history of bad teeth since childhood I was pleasantly surprised at how fantastic this dentist is, the dental assistant was great and even gave me a stress ball and dr lilani(sp?) was fantastic she was knowledgeable friendly and thorough, Its a good thing to as i have several dental appointments that I need to so, if you avoid the dentist like the plague this dentist is for you! Im sure the other dentists are great to. I will edit my review after work done but im glad I chose this dentist!

This was the best experience I have had with a dentist ever. I am extremely anxious when having to go to the Dentist for any reason. I went in for a broken tooth and Infection and at no time did I experience any pain throughout the exam. Not only was the Dentist amazing the assignment was so kind, compassionate and empathetic. There was absolutely no judgement. I was embarrassed to admit that I am terrified of the Dentist and that I had let the broken tooth get so bad that it got infected. The experience was so good that I was actually relaxed during the appointment.

Great staff, great place and nice location. Heather is hilarious and great company while she's all up in your mouth, definitely makes you feel comfortable and the time passes by so fast.

I always feel super comfortable when I see Dr.Gordan and his awesome helpful staff. I had such bad anxiety from past dentist and Queen street dental always make sure im in good hands and taken care of. I refer all my friends to queen street dental.

I have been at Queen Street Dental for a few years now. Always great when I go, receptionists are lovely, and everyone is so great! Kheerstin was the hygienist this time… and all I can say is she rocks!!!! No one likes going to the dentist, but she was so much fun!

Wow!!!!! If I could give them 10 stars I would. The 2 receptionists - Jackie and Shania…. Amazing!!!!! Dr. Gordon and Angela are the best! Love this place.

Dr Gordon is great with my 3 kids and straight forward with treatments. My son (8 at the time) wouldn’t allow any dentist to do much but he made him feel comfortable and he was willing to work with him bit by bit on a lot of cavities that other dentists were not willing to do and only suggested anesthesia. He offers nitrous gas and my son only needed it twice and then wasn’t afraid for the rest of his fillings. Today my youngest went for the first time and they did awesome with him and he really enjoyed his first experience. He gained my whole family as patients for the last 5 years, and the office staff is really great about keeping track of our dental needs. I won’t forget the hygienists and assistants are amazing as well.

I needed an ASAP appt and they were able to accommodate me the next day. Adjustments were made. We discussed my options and decided how to restore my tooth. Alonger appt was made at which time a more permanent solution will be worked out. Thank you Dr. Lalani and "Melea" (excuse my spelling) and front desk.

Amazing dental. I've had a wonderful cleaning and checkup today. Highly recommended for everyone, the office is kids friendly.
