Best Western Plus Lacombe Inn & Suites

We were there with wheelchair athletes. The staff was very accommodating for our athletes. They gave us catering options. Also had room facilities to accommodate our banquet evening. Wheelchair accessable rooms are available. Also pet friendly if if have a support animal. We are coming back! Thanks to your entire team for making our event in Lacombe a great success!!

Stayed 2 nights in this hotel, had 6 rooms for 14 people, this place was the cleanest hotel I've slept in, it was unremarkable, "Cody" doing night shift would have bent over backwards for you! Service was thee bomb! The location is the only thing that sucks, it should be closer to other stores, there is fast food close by, swimming pool, gyms, hot tub, everything included in this hotel! Free breakfast to!!

I had the pleasure of staying for three nights at this establishment, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the staff exhibited an exceptional level of professionalism and friendliness throughout my stay.

The comfort of the beds was truly noteworthy, ensuring a restful sleep each night. A highlight for my children was the pool, complete with an exciting water slide. This amenity not only delighted my kids but also afforded parents like me a well-deserved moment of relaxation.

If I were to offer any constructive feedback, it would pertain to the pricing when I inquired about extending my stay by one additional night. Unfortunately, the cost for the extra night was approximately 40% higher than what I had paid for the previous two nights.

On a positive note, an added bonus is the fantastic ice cream parlour conveniently located next door. It's a definite hit with the kids and adds an extra layer of enjoyment to the overall experience.

Very clean, well managed, breakfasts were small but tasted good and were hot which was a bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

We rented a room for an evening presentation. Staff were great, AV equipment worked as intended and the buffet was good. Will definitely consider this space for future events.

Great newer hotel. Rooms clean and entire place is spotless. Great breakfast in am. Only recommendation is they need to serve it till 10 not 9. Lots of selection for breakfast though. Would stay again.

Awesome hotel with friendly staff and big clean rooms plus a dam fine breakfast with cheese omlettes and bacon and yogurt with fresh berries and all kinds of fruit. Would definitely stay again. There is a pool, but we didn't get a chance to use it, unfortunately.

This hotel is very clean and has the most helpful staff, the breakfast is also very good. The rooms are spacious and very clean.

Been staying in this hotel for more that 2 months and will be there again next week for another 10 days. And would probably staying there until end of December. The place is very nice and comfortable. The kind of place that you just want to relax at the end of a very tiring work during the day. Room is very spacious and always clean. The cleaning personnel always did a great job maintaining the standard of cleanliness and filling up all room necessities. Special mention to the ladies who prefer the breakfast every morning. They are the best and the most kind people in the planet. I appreciate the great job they are doing everyday. Absolutely recommendable place to stay if you are in Lacombe and the surrounding town. Thanks!

Great location, quiet, clean, modern, nice bed, good shower, good breakfast.
Nice staff greet you as you enter the hotel. Easy check-in even without reservation. The rooms are traditionally laid out, and reasonably priced. We'd definitely stay there again

I’ve stayed here on many occasions and Jackie has always gone above and beyond to get me in at the last minute no matter how last minute my work plans made it.
All the staff are super friendly and greet me by name.

I’ve stayed here 3 times and every stay has been 6-8 months in length and I’ve never had any issues and the rooms are always super clean and smell great

I stayed here with my co workers for about 8 weeks . Absolutely phenomenal customer service by the staff , manager , and also the owner.

The staff at this hotel are friendly, professional and accommodating! A special shout out to Deborah and the staff serving breakfast they went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean! The breakfast in the morning was hot and delicious. One of the best (best western plus) I’ve ever stayed in thank you.

Loved that I was able to text them with questions prior to our arrival. Wonderful service at the front desk and very lovely ladies serving breakfast. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The kids loved the water slide and pool and enjoyed hours of fun. Would definitely stay there again.

Good pool with slide and hot tub. Offer free full breakfast (had sausage, cheese omlets and pancakes when I was there but I'm sure options rotate). Other breakfast options included yogurt parfait, cereal, hot oatmeal, bagels, muffins and toast. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

This place is great! After an experience with Bed Bugs at the hotel across the parking lot. We called Best Western and they got us in right away... like in 5 minutes, even with how busy they were! The staff were sooo friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was great. And the rooms were clean!! Definitely would stay here again!! 🙂

The front desk staff were quite friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and inviting when I arrived. The kitchen staff was very helpful and provided a variety of options for breakfast. It was very quiet and offered an atmosphere for relaxation. Apart from a little issue with the AC/heater (which was resolved), everything was excellent for my 6 days there. I would highly recommend this facility.
