Tollers Bistro

Absolutely a gem of a place. Seriously refreshing to have a bistro that excels in all areas. Coffee, confection, and a chef who genuinely knows what they are doing. Amazing food hands down. I love this place and will be back many more times. Seriously top notch.

Nice little place to have a Joe and a desert. Went around 11 am and one only complaint was the apple fritter was a bit hard?? Nice location and atmosphere. Lots of selection though. Next time will try the cheesecake.

Went here for breakfast last weekend. Food was great; I got the Rollers Eggs Benny and my husband got the breakfast bowl. They also accommodated his request to put in half spinach half hash brown. We got the Bailey's mocha and cappuccino and the donuts were delicious; we wanted to get more after.

Ambiance was cozy. Staff made sure to ask the necessary questions to be safe for Covid and also made sure that the place is safe for customers.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back again.

Divine donuts and amazing cheesecake. The food looked very fresh and tasty too but we only came for dessert. There is a moderately sized indoor seating area with booths, and outdoors a simple but cute little patio option. Staff is very helpful and friendly, we will be coming again soon!

Best coffee shop in Lacombe! I always recommend this place to anyone that will listen to me rave about Tollers.
The staff are always welcoming and fast. Coffee is always spot-on and the desserts are to die for. Tollers is my happy place.

Great little find! Sandwiches and soup were superb and they have a pretty great little bakery as well for the post lunch sweet tooth! Not too far off highway 2 if you’re needing a bite!

Dinner was AMAZING! I cannot say enough good things. The prices were great, especially wine prices - I was blown away. Food was delicious and was so hot and fresh. We will definitely be back and will have to try the donuts next time.

Tollers Bistro made our wedding cake & cupcakes. The cake was so pretty & exactly how I envisioned. I gave them some garland and they arranged it beautifully. It was also a huge hit, there was hardly any cake left after the wedding. I highly recommend this place ❤

What a refreshing and pleasant stop over on our way to/from Edmonton/Calgary. It is so much nicer than Red Deers’ Gasoline Alley pit stops. This bistro is in Lacombe a short distance North of Red Deer, East of the QEII to the south of a Petro-Canada gas station. As a bonus, there are very tasty donuts for dessert.

The donuts are tastefully unique and the coffee is great. I’ve had many meals here over the years and it’s on par with the funky, trendy eats Lacombe is known for. Great place for a visit or quiet time!

Most wonderful food, coffees, and service! Had a pleasure meeting the owner family. Will come again and highly recommend to visit if nearby!

This place was a welcome surprise while on our drive back to Calgary. The staff was so welcoming and accommodating. The food tasted great and the coffee was equally good. Definite worth a stop if you're in town or driving by.

5 stars for their donuts! We had a Skor and a caramel donut and they were so crispy, light and airy and delicious without being too sweet. Highly recommend the donuts but sadly we had already eaten lunch and didn't get to try the food.

Update 2022 - stopped for lunch today and really enjoyed it. I had a pesto chicken sandwich and side salad and they were both delicious. The house dressing was a mustard vinaigrette and it's my new favorite!

Best place to spend your Sunday mornings. Great food. Donuts are amazing. Love their hot cocoa. Tried their wrap and chips couple of times. Really good.

Went for lunch and it was perfect as usual . Love their daily soup so flavourful and just the right size . Server was awesome.

Best doughnuts in Lacombe! Good hours for service. Delicious coffee ☕ So happy they are part of this city.

What a nice little place to have a meal. I had the brisket & waffles, very unique and delicious.

Today I decided to try this new local bistro. I was not disappointed to say the least. The menu provides for a variety of palettes but for my stop today I settled on the Prairie beef sandwich and cream of mushroom soup. The sandwich was a pleasant combination of a generous helping of roast beef, pickled mushrooms, aioli sauce and finished with with a n onion ring. The soup was also a pleasant surprise with generous amounts of hearty mushrooms as opposed to the typical microscope worthy soups I have had at other establishments. The service was prompt even during the busy luch hour. The only suggestion I would have is either napkin dispensers at the tables or have some delivered by the wait staff when delivering the meal. I did have to look around a bit for one them. Over all a great dining experience.
