Staff - front end, technical and medical - all very attentive and friendly. Efficient service. Very busy place but I received personal service. Tech and doctor took time to chat a bit about the test which is appreciated!

Their staff was very helpful and accommodating to find me a prompt appointment following a sports injury. The technician who did my ultrasound went over and beyond to not only scan the suspected area of injury by my doctor, but when she found nothing, continued to scan nearby areas to find the damaged tissues, and even recommended an x-ray while I was there based on her findings. Would highly recommend this clinic and hope to use their services more often in the future. THANK YOU!

Insight was really nice and convenient. Staff are friendly and helpful. I went in to get my ribs xrayes and the staff was very helpful. Helped me get in and out of my clothing and gown. I didn't have to wait very long and they were very gentle while helping me into whatever position they needed me in for the x-rays.

I have had 2 ultrasounds and 1 xray at Insight Medical Imaging ,Spruce Grove. Each tme I have been the service has been EXCELLENT. The girls at reception have been pleasant, and helpful, and I have not had to wait long before being seen to.
The lady who did my Ultrasound yesterday was called Harmonie, and the service she gave me was outstanding. She was very pleasant, and made sure I was comfortable, and explained clearly what she was doing.

They are always super nice at reception, and when I went in last the technician for ultrasound is seriously one of the nicest people I have ever met! They make sure you comfortable and compared to the last place I went they are hands down the best.

Although the appointment date was further away than expected for an ultrasound, when I did arrive everything and everyone was great when I did arrive. I had a very good experience.

I have been to this medical imaging location multiple times and each and every time, everyone has been so professional, courteous and pleasant. This is a fantastic and very well run clinic. Wonderful staff.
