From start to finish, Duane made an unbearably difficult time seamless for our family. He truly has a heart bigger than his body and we are forever grateful to him & his team. Losing a loved one is hard enough, so it is beyond reassuring to know that their best interests (and ours) were of the utmost importance. Duane we cannot thank you enough. ❤

Director at this facility needs to look for a different line of work. She lacks empathy, people skills and knowledge of the work. Owner on the other hand is pretty decent. I'm sure a lot of people miss Bob Jones' professionalism.
