I was amazed by customer service provided by Harmanpreet at this location’s pharmacy she was very polite and generous towards my needs I was travelling to Alberta and had to pick up some medicines and she was patiently answering all of my questions. I've lived here for 3 years and been through alot. The Shopper's Pharmacy in Westlock has been my best experience in any drugstore ever. The staff is wonderful to me and always try to give me the best service possible. I've had to wait now and then only because I never ordered ahead and just came in off the street. The owner's comittment to service is above and beyond what anyone could expect. This is a very busy store people. The regular staff do the best they can. Cut them a break and don't be so miserable lol. I worked in retail for over 30 years so I know how things can seem to be horrible but if you're patient, you'll notice a big difference in attitudes all around. :)

Great staff, well laid out and lots of stick. Prices are high but everything, everywhere, is. Pharmacy is always busy but staff are helpful.

Typical Shoppers, with good variety and decent prices. However, the staff, especially in the pharmacy, are simply amazing! Always ready with sound advice, and willing to go out of their way to expedite your prescriptions.

Just a huge shoot out to the pharmacist named Meer. Was working all by himself, however he still had the time to help me with my issues! Even tho he bombarded with customers!!!

Love going there to get makeup as well as prescriptions they are way quicker than rexal plus more people help me out there and they know where everything is plus they have great deals
