We are traveling with our truck and trailer when truck would not start. Spoke with Megan who indicated they could have a look at it in the afternoon so had it towed in. Not only looked at but also replaced the starter and truck was good to go that same day. Thanks Megan and mechanics involved for their prompt work.

I was scheduled for appointment to look at gas coming back at me when filling gas tank.
My appointment was scheduled immediately and dealt with very quickly and efficiently.
Service men were kind and understanding and went out of their way after dealing with issue by cleaning my dashboard etc .
I definitely felt their care and kindness

Excellent service and friendly staff at GrizzlyTrail. The technician Stuart took the time to go over the issue with me and discuss the previous servicing history at another GM store with their tech to assure nothing was missed. I was provided with a courtesy vehicle as well with no notice as it was an unexpected issue...that was fabulous!!
My only suggestion would be for Service to be open until 6 on weekdays as it would give a bit of time to deal with issues after the standard 9 to 5. Thanks for getting me back on the road!! :)

He was extremely approachable and was willing to take the time to answer my endless questions. If he didn't know the answer, he found someone who did. I really appreciated all of his patience. The service here is great. They knew my repair was going to take all day and that I was from out of town. When they could not locate a loaner vehicle they offered me a managers vehicle to drive. What awesome service. My repairs have been done right with no need to go back to the shop again for the same reason. I have been dealing here off and on for over 20years and I keep coming back.

I have never owned winter tires until this year. I was given options and when I decided on my tires and rims for my 2020 Terrain the appointment was scheduled immediately. Excellent service both over the phone and in person, 10/10 would recommend.
