WORST customer service EVER!!! Sent a cheque registered mail to pay out my lease and when I followed up to see what the hold up was, told they didn’t receive it!?!? Had to waste my time emailing 5 times only to get nowhere so pulled the tracking (because they are too lazy or incompetent to do it themselves) only to find out it was received by their receptionist and given to the accounting department!!? Been a week now and still no response WOW! Asked to speak to a Manager and still nobody called me yet. UNREAL!!! Would give ZERO stars if possible …

Zero star deserving business for what I've experienced with them. These people deliberately refuse doing business with me that per se living in Burnaby Vancouver bit local enough for them to sustain a business and using an out of province number suggests me not being a resident if BC. Despite having had your utilities bill and proper ID proving you live here for years. Scummy Operations team for their false advertising all across their website and all their front line staffs have to take all the sh** given all these circumstances.

I have noticed a decline of customer service since Vancouver Island based, ISLAND SAVINGS CREDIT UNION merged with FIRST WEST CREDIT UNION...My local ISLAND SAVINGS branch "Cowichan Commons" in Duncan, BC was closed abruptly in 2017 and the decision makers ceased to allow my family to continue to have member facing appointments with an ISLAND SAVINGS employee who has been doing my investment banking for over a decade...A letter describing my concerns was sent to ISLAND SAVINGS president, Randy Bertsch , in December 2018 produced zero results and validated how little regard is given to member's concerns since the merger...
I am currently in process of moving all my investments to COASTAL COMMUNITY CREDIT UNION and I recommend other Vancouver Island residents to explore the genuine, old fashioned customer service that COASTAL COMMUNITY CREDIT UNION has to offer...
