Dallas, the owner, gave us personalized service that you don't see nowadays. He even found issues the other guys made mistakes with last time that caused us problems in the first place. I was at my wits end with squirrels eating holes in the roof. While renovating my bathroom it was discovered there is dampness in the ceiling again!. The previous company from January 2023 would not honour their warranty. My Google search found Greater Toronto Roofing, upon contacting them and subsequent conversation I knew I had found a professional Roofer who understood the problem. As a courtesy they came out that day as an emergency. They correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem, without trying to exacerbate the issue to hike up the price. What was truly amazing they found the squirrels home in the roof and humanely removed them before replacing the plastic breather vents with metal ones. After 5 years and 7 different companies, finally there was a solution done by a Pro, Greatet Toronto Roofing. I found them to be very knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, cost effective and reliable.

Great service and came to look and provide estimates very quickly. I appreciated the honest approach and reasonable prices provided. I was given great recommendations on how to fix why roof issues without the typical “we have to rip it all off and start over” that I have gotten from so many other companies. Great repairs to leaking roof, bubbling flat roof, and ensuring squirrels were not going to get in. 2 years later and I’ve had no issues or leaks. Any questions or concerns since have been quickly answered.

Dallas and his team did a great job, installing a roof membrane on an extension to our house several years ago.

The actual roof of the main house is now getting close to its end and Dallas has come out and inspected it with his drone a couple of times in the last few years. Both times he’s told me that it’s hanging in and no need to invest the money quite yet
