Such a great experience with Moving Butlers, we got a wonderful team.. they were punctual, they were fast, careful and they were communicating with us the whole time. We asked for junk removal service as well and it was so easy and convenient to not have to worry about it. We highly recommend them!

Highly recommend Moving Butlers!! Right from the initial quote request, they were more than helpful and friendly. Rahim and Cory made my move (in the snow) a piece of cake and took such great care of a transporting all my items. Amazing team & price - I really can’t say enough good things!

We are very pleased with Moving Butlers. From start to finish, they executed well on their written contract with us. We were supplied a fixed quote and the price did not change at the last minute with unexpected amendments. We did our part (packing) and they did theirs. We feel their price was very reasonable.

They moved our furniture and belongings to another province, including 15 days of storage between our sale/move-out and purchase/possession dates. Everything arrived in good shape. :)

We found Kevin, Andrei and Derek to be responsive to our needs, and professional in every capacity. The staff on the move days were hard working and courteous as well.

We had a great experience with Moving Butlers starting from our first call with the customer service rep Andrei to the day of the actual move with movers Rahim, Jeff and Corey J. Everyone was courteous, professional, very friendly and came prepared to tackle various tricky scenarios that came with the move. There was no stomping around, noise was kept at a minimum, and our fragile furniture were carefully wrapped by them for transportation. Lastly, we were satisfied with the hourly price, the move quality and we will be recommending Moving Butlers to friends and family.

Absolutely fantastic. Saeed and his team handled the packing at my old place and the move to my new place and it went off without a hitch. They were fast and efficient with immaculate service, and their rates were reasonable. Completely worth it. I would recommend them to anyone!

My wife and I needed help unloading our 2 bedroom townhouse in a truck we had rented. We called Moving Butlers and they were able to book us 3 guys for the move out and they did not disappoint.

From start to finish, all members of the team that I interacted with were kind and eager to help. Andrei answered all of our questions in a timely manner and made us feel that there were no stupid questions. As for the day of the move, Rahim, Happy and Thor worked their butts off while still maintaining smiles on their faces. They made sure I knew how it was going through the whole process. Best moving company I've ever hired. These guys showed up on time and got to all 3 of my locations without any issues. I don't usually write reviews but they pulled off the impossible and made it look easy. Highly recommend and they will pad everything that you want with care. The only thing I was worried about was my big dressers and the tight corners in the new house but these guys did wonders and caused no damage. Thank you to Kevin and his professional team.

This is my second experience with company on September 23/ 2023
I used Moving Butlers for the second time to move a piano. They did an amazing job this time too. Employee- (Saeed and Happy) were there that day to help us. My entire family was impressed by the Job they did. Once again, company's relocation specialist, Andrei accommodated my service request quickly and at a good price, without making us wait. I will use them again if needed and highly recommend their services.

Below is my First experience with Company:
I recently picked this company based on the reviews. Initially, our experience did not meet expectations.
Company provides 10 pages long well outlined moving services agreement and that may makes you feel company has solid plan and arrangement in place, and that gives confidence . Here is my experience.

1.We agreed for 3 full movers and i accepted their fees, however among 3 movers they sent one mover who was recovering from injury. He was primarily organizing boxes with limited capacity. So 2 movers are primarily doing the jobs that took more than expected hours.

2. I noticed a small damage on Sofa upon delivery. Reported this to company immediately by sending a picture to relocation specialist of this company who was in contact with me through out the services. This company’s relocation specialist is a very nice man. He remained same since beginning to end of our services and he apologized on behalf of company on the same day. I paid them all remaining balance following day and reported above mentioned concerns.
Relocation specialist called me back even though i have paid them out. He wanted to review about service with me and said, ' customer's satisfaction is main priority for us'. I was not expecting this from them. He went through each concerns one by one in detail. He apologized and also internalized each concerns on behalf of company and also offered to compensation to damage.

I am really IMPRESSSED by this act. Even though i have paid all amount, they contacted me back 2 days later, i feel really valued and heard. Considering this level of customer service , i highly recommend them, they are professional. Sometime, things could go in different way than expected due to capacity, situation and experience of movers but company strongly holds accountability on that. As mentioned , they also sign a well written agreement prior to start business. This part made me personally safe continue business with them.
