Great people!!! My front derailleur had issue in the middle of my ride, it got stuck at the same chain ring. I brought my bike in and they did a quick fix to allow me to bike safely in the way back (another 45km ride).

Customer service is incredible. I walked in with an old bike that needed plenty of new parts and repairs. A small part of my brain was thinking they would try to upsell me, but they made a point to offer many options at different price points. Sebastian and his crew did a fantastic job restoring my bike, I can't thank them enough.

Great customer service and very friendly! I got "the annual works" service package, as well as a few other replacement parts to get my bike back up to standard. They were very clear with what would have to be done with the bike, and it was ready exactly when they said it would be. Felt like a brand new bike after I picked it up. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing customer service! I have been to Cap’s almost every day this week as my husband and I are finally getting back into cycling and we needed new tires, and a couple other things. Sebastian has been tremendously helpful. He is very knowledgeable and clearly passionate about bikes! George was also very generous to adjust my husband’s brakes while I was finalizing a purchase. I went there to fix my daughter's bike. The guys are friendly and professional. The entire experience is amazing. I just left the bike there and got it ready the next day. They changed the brakes of the bike, examed other parts, and offered me a good deal. And the bike looks brand new now. If I need another bicycle I would definitely go to their store. Now my daughter can enjoy her spring break with her bicycle. Thanks so much.

These guys are top notch ! TWICE I blew a tire riding my e-bike to work. They were able to get me up and running SAME DAY...twice !! I certainly wouldn't expect that everytime, but excellent honest service you CAN expect. Everytime. HIGHLY recommend !!

Went to Caps in Port Moody with my girlfriend. We ended up purchasing two great bikes with the help of Sebastian. He was kind, patient, courteous and very knowledgeable. He throughly answered all our questions, taking his time to explain and help us find exactly what we were looking for. We left very satisfied with our purchase and much more informed about bicycles than when we walked in. He also lead us in the right direction for accessories and a new bike rack. Thanks Sebastian!

Great experience. My chain came off my bike and was twisted into circles. They saved my day by fixing it, and even better they did it for free. Amazing experience and great staff. I highly recommend this place.

Great first impression. Purchased a new battery and it arrived on the day promised. When I went to pick it up Ryan was very accommodating running a diagnostic test, upgrading the software, and answering all my questions without rushing me. It felt like he valued me as a customer so I will definitely be back.
I had my second visit to Cap's and it was well worth the drive from downtown Vancouver. I had a service appointment and the work was done in a timely manner. It is great to find a shop that treats you as a valued customer from the moment you enter the door.

Norm is fantastic! We had been looking for a certain bike accessory for a long time with no luck and he helped us find exactly what we were looking for. He also helped us with installation even though he was fully booked and busy. There were 2 other employees there who were amazing as well. Super friendly and knowledgeable. They even quickly fixed a brake problem we didn't know we had. We definitely recommend Norm and the team at the Port Moody location as they are clearly great at what they do and go above and beyond for their customers!

Outstanding bike store. Norm was knowledgeable about the bikes and patient as I test rode some and then finally made a decision. I also got great service (and discounts) when I added a couple of accessories. The two other gentlemen who helped me were also excellent. Also important….the store is located in an area that allows for easy test riding. If you are looking for an ebike, I highly recommend Cap’s in Port Moody.

Would like to give a shout out to Ryan at Cap’s in Port Moody for the outstanding tune up work be did on my bike. I thought I was being clever adding a stem extender to my bike to help with my bike stance but ran into some brake cable issues. Bringing my bike in to see about parts Ryan suggested an alternate solution which was the correct way to go and it was done from a place of making people happy to be on their bikes and from a safety aspect as well as my setup would have made my bike less stable if a sudden impact occurred. When I went to pick up my bike it was like he had given it a day at the bike spa. Everything was tuned up, shiny and guaranteed and he made sure the bike fit was set for me. You can tell Ryan enjoys his work, very customer oriented looking after the busy phones and fielding questions from people in the store often at the same time. I also want to give a shout out to Norm, the store manager who is there helping everyone in the front. Very pleased with my experience.

Came in at 530pm to have my headset checked and Ryan even installed my after market pedals and gave the brakes a calibration! Amazing service as always!

Ryan was super helpful; I actually arrived there while he was on the phone with a customer that kept him for long but he was super patient! Kudos the Caps and never hesitate to bring your bike here for repairs and tune-ups

Took my old road bike in for much needed maintenance and was blown away by the service.

When I arrived there were signs posted on the door stating that because they were so busy, only bikes purchased at caps could be brought in to get work done.

The bike needed a TON of work done and I'm glad they were able to fix it.

Not only did they take my bike regardless, they finished the repairs on schedule and for exactly what they quoted me on price.

5 stars would highly recommend
