Huge store, wide variety of items from food to clothing to household to pretty much anything you need and you can't complain about the prices here. The washrooms are on the occasion not the best but 9/10 they are impeccable. The staff are amazing and always cheerful and smiling!!

The store is well maintained. The volume of customers is large so certain items move very quickly. Their price is very competitive. They have meat, sea food fresh and frozen. Vegetables and fruits are fresh too. Their No name products are well priced way lower than other brands and Similar in quality. The clothes section is reasonable and you get more points on your Optimum Card. Their kids section is well stocked. The Pharmacy products are well priced. The Optimum Card points is an incentive as you can use the points in Super store. Weekends they have an extra bonus of some product if purchase is made for the amount stipulated along with the points. The Online grocery shopping in this Store is good, prompt. The product chosen is good and it helps saves time. There are more incentives for online shoppers. Overall it's a great place to shop.

It's a busy place - mind I usually stop in after work or weekends, so it might have quieter times during the work week. But I love the variety of goods here. It's in the 'Meadows' district of Edmonton, but nestled right next to "Mill Woods" area which is ethnically diverse. What am I driving at? The store caters to a variety of ethnicities so the variety of groceries is fantastic. Feel like being bold and trying to cook cuisine that you don't normally cook? Chances are you'll find some harder to find ingredients here. Myself - I'm not from India but man, I love me some butter chicken. Looking for the ingredients to cook it from scratch? Good chance I'll find it here is what I'm driving at.

A grocery store is a busy place but I feel so lucky to experience such lovely staff here. Raman has been a cashier we have had a few times and she is so warm and caring, often chatting about my kids, and she helps me with my groceries. She goes above and beyond and is a bright spot in my hectic day. Her warmth to others does not go un-noticed.

Valuable, affordable, and wide spread of availability in all types of grocery , clothing and essential item . All under one roof.

especially the optical unit. Staff is very friendly and gave us the best deal ever for my sons glasses.

This superstore is huge and lots of Asian stuff available. It was busy but quick at checkout.

I dropped a pair of headphones getting click and collect. I called 12 hours later, and the customer service and people at click and collect were great to deal with! They had me wait on hold for just a few moments, and were able to find the headset. When I came to pick it up, they even brought it to my car. Great experience overall!

Prices are slightly higher than market for some items, but nice place to shop

This is the best Superstore in the city. Everything is organized, neat and always in the same place. It's definitely nice to walk around and browse the shelves, as you'll always find something new. This Superstore has the best selection, freshest produce, and well stocked shelves.

Always treated with respect at this store. Always clean and tidy.

Starting to like this store. Most of the staff are great. But some are not so nice get dirty looks from some some won't even try to help don't even want to speak to us. But I will continue to go. Hope they will deal with these employees, no need to treat people with what seems like Hate. Store is clean, like most of the prices and selection is getting better.

Every single online order delivery person has been amazing and friendly.
Today at store 01569 Dovie helped me and she was too kind and quite careful for the groceries.
My only complaint would have to be having to walk all the way to the front entrance of superstore instead of being able to enter through the online order door, but that's merely minor. Overall, the online shopping experience has been nailed at this 17st Superstore.
Please keep up the good work. Also, the renovations and up keep have also been subtle but innovational.
Use of the second level in the store though could be of use depending on the service introduced.

The PC organics baby food brand is the best! It's all we use. Love this store.

Harwinder was working at the self checkout and one of my items scanned up the wrong price. I mentioned it to them and I thought for scanning code of practice I’d have to go to Customer service and wait 5-10 minutes for help but harwinder had it fixed in less than a minute no time wasted. They were very nice and quick and I really appreciated the customer service from a great employee!

There is a young man who works in PC Express pickup who I would like to thank for always being so pleasant. Whenever he is working it lifts your spirits he is so cheerful and kind. Even my dog gets excited and puts his head over the seat and wags his tail when this person brings out the groceries. Normally he stays in the backseat of the SUV and doesn't acknowledge delivery. The gentleman was working again today and I wanted to pass along my good experience. Too often, we only give feedback on the bad. I regret not knowing his name.
