Walmart Supercentre

Huge shout out to Shweta for helping me out today! She was so kind and very helpful! This store is also not bad. I've been coming here almost 10 years and my experience has always been enjoyable.

I had Kevin help me out over at the photo center and he was such a delight. If you need photos printed or help with the kiosk he is there for you and is just a sweetheart

Great friendly service by Divgot. He made conversation and was fast with his scanning. Next time I come in I’m going to look for him at the checkouts again. Thank you Divgot

Needed help finding a specific type of earbuds with a certain connection. And the two ladies at the electronics desk were absolutely delightful, intelligent. Knew exactly what I was looking for. Very surprised considering Walmart is more a general store chain. But they both went above and beyond with their knowledge. I wasnt able to get their names. But they definitely deserve a pay increase

Great selection, good prices. They have these $10 packages of frozen food great for your budget and they taste great. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great selection on clothes

the gentleman working in the electronics the weekend of the 22/23 of april has hands down some of the best customer service i’ve ever seen. Told my boyfriend and I all we needed to know and went above and beyond for us. Checked the back for us for more products for our switch, checked us out fast & and had us laughing the whole time! He gave us a receipt with his name on it but we lost it, which is unfortunate because he deserved the recognition :(

This store is miles better than the one in west Edmonton. Very clean and the staff actually make eye contact and smile at you. Produce is pretty great as well! Had to return a few items in the past at this location and they give you no hassle which is a nice plus.

Only downside is you usually have to go through self checkout, but at least thier machines don't freeze up like at other stores here in Sherwood Park ;)

Love how this location is just a hop,skip & jump off the highway! Very quick and easy to get to.
This location here (Emerald Hills) is the bigger location of the two in Sherwood Park and sometimes that makes a huge difference when you have a shopping list.

I am handicapped and cannot change into clothes at the store I need to buy them bring them home and then I get assistance.
I was recently out of Walmart and purchased several bathing suit tops and proceeded to bring them home to try on.
while a couple of the tops fit several of them did not so I brought them back to exchange them for.
at this time I was told that bathing suits are not returnable and I pointed out I needed help to try things on and that no one had told me that swimsuits were final sale all of the tags everything we're on these suits.
after explaining this the lady at customer service said don't worry I'll get it fixed for you just go and get what you need so I proceeded to do so
now knowing that bathing suits are nonrefundable I wanted to make sure that they would fit.
There was a customer service lady in the department who helped me greatly I told her what was going on and she offered to help me I tried a suit on over top of my clothes but without her help it never would have happened.
not only did this service rep help me there she also proceeded to help me where they had their suits to find the correct sizes.
This service rep went well over what I would consider her job to help me. Without her help I certainly would not have gotten the proper suits. Raps like that I am sure are far and few between and should be recognized for their outstanding customer service I have made the mistake of not getting her name.
All I can say was that she was an older lady with dark shoulder-length hair who was extremely helpful and supportive of the fact that I was handicapped. She also Wore a Yellow vest rather than blue.

Wonderful experience with customer service to return my item. Every staff i interacted with went out of their way to make my experience better. The greeting lady got a cart for me as baskets arent allowed outside. The cart collecting man took the cart off my hand with a smile. Keep it up everyone!!

There was a minor medical emergency that ended up happening at the check out that I noticed, staff and managers responded quickly and appropriately to the situation. I'm very impressed. I did my part to help where required. Much prefer this Walmart than the ones in Edmonton was a great trip and I hope for the best for the lovely lady.

Lots of stock, got all the clothes I needed for my son in his size. Found everything else I needed as well. Friendly staff as well. It was a great store overall.

On 23rd Feb, i visited Walmart on Emerald Dr. I was looking for water thermometer but was not able to find out. I asked 1-2 associates but they couldn’t help. One staff , i am sure her name is Sunaina ( she was from online department) , she went out of way to help me. I was so impressed by her. I called walmart customer care and talked to someone from online department to appreciate how hard working and dedicated staff they have.
Way to go Sunaina, keep working hard❤

Went in for a specific bike for my daughter, there was 2 left 3 days before. When I went to get it they were gone. I went to customer service to see if another location had it. Jamie looked and couldn't find it online, she went to the back and found one. She went above and beyond her job to help me and was extremely pleasant to deal with. She helped make my daughter's Christmas list complete. If every employee cared as much about helping the customers as she did, Walmart would be my only place to shop! Keep up the great work Jamie!

I phoned to find the availability of certain product in the electronics. I was put on hold several times as the electronics would not pick up the phone. I must be on phone for almost 25 minutes. It was the same person at the customer service who waited patiently and finally took the matter in her own hands. She took my name and phone# and told me she will cal me back in 15 minutes. She called me back in 7 minutes and personally attended this matter. I must thank and congratulate the staff whose name is Harleen. She made the whole experience very pleasant. I wish there were more staff like her!

Bright, clean and huge selection of everything a Walmart is famous for. They always have a greater...but they don't typically smile first... eye contact and a smile can set the whole tone of the experience!
