Went in the store to buy a pair of ladies winter boots....It was the best Birthday present I could buy!!! Was $129.99 on sale for $89.99 & I only paid .50cents 😊 Now that's a steal of a deal

I needed new jeans, socks, and work shoe inserts. I was happy to see that Denver Hayes jeans were buy one, get one free. Ceira (spelling?) was very helpful, advising on good inserts for me.
I've always had a good experience shopping here.

Went here to today to buy boots. The place is clean, a good selection of clothes and boots, employees accommodate you well, good customer service

I have a nice experience there I would love to visit again
Staff has a good knowledge of products and they are very friendly too
I love their return and exchange policy

I visited the store August 30 with my wife and 3 children 2 of which are 2 year old twins. I was looking for some scrubs for which there was a great selection. While in the change room my kids became playful and 1 began playing hide and seek while my wife was occupied by the other. Long story short it was a scary 8 mins that felt like eternity for us as any parent can understand. I want to commend the girls working that day around 6pm because they were so helpful and actually helped us look for my little one. We finally found him hiding in a clothing rack pants section so it was hard to see. My wife caught him. But we are both grateful that the staff was so supportive. I will definitely be back to this location but the twins may stay home with grandma.

Fantastic customer service. Roshell and Dylan were very friendly and helpful. Corie was especially helpful with looking through stock and setting up an online order when the needed item was not available in the store.

The company I work for gives us a clothing allowance with their account at Mark's. Everything is great quality and if I want something personally I can use my Canadian Tire card

Went in looking for boots with a friend
And we were extremely happy with the service all around. Ron was amazing helping my friend find the right boots for her. He even stayed late to ensure she found what she needed and was satisfied.

Friendly, knowledgable staff. Clean, organized store. Wish they had a better selection of footwear/work boots for us fellas with the size 14 plus feet but I run into this issue everywhere lol.

Customer service was great!!! Unfortunetly 2 women started berating, arguing and yelling at the Cashiers and Manager. Marks staff stayed respectful and proffesional even though the 2 women were being completely confrontational. Best Mark's store I've been too.

Most amazing customer service I've had in years!!! Lexie and Kashawn were beyond knowledgeable and efficient. I was just there for work pants and was in and out in less than 15 mins AND had to do a return beforehand!!!!

I went there to buy steel toe shoes and they have good collection of steel toe shoes. Staff is very helping and they have good inventory too.

Friendly staff and very understanding. Brought back something I wanted a refund for and it was a few days past due on refunding and they still honored it. Very pleasant and good customer service.

Yesterday the young guy with the Toronto Raptors face mask was incredibly helpful and nice. Don't think I've ever been experienced customer service like that before. 10/10.
