Fix it Right Plumbing and Heating LTD

Blower motor died during big snowfall(10 inches of snow).
Fix it Right came out at 10:30 and diagnosed the problem and gave options for a repair or furnace replacement. I decided to get my furnace replaced and work began at noon. The time in between I was supplied with space heaters and staff were already on their way to pick up the motor before I changed my mind to a furnace. The tech and apprentice did an amazing install along with all the support staff that made is possible to get a rushed furnace replacement done.

The company and techs were exceptional. Same day quote and install can't be common, compounded with a high quality furnace, 2 techs, staff delivering parts and a great price.

As a millwright the techs had great troubleshooting skills, job planning, workmanship, and attention to detail replumbing pipe citing new code and manufacture specs. Great experience.

Quick to respond to after hours calls, able to get a tech out to check my weird smelling furnace (smell resolved before they arrived of course!) took time to educate me on my current furnace and options for when I want to replace it. Great team! Their support staff were awesome, clear communication!

Dave the technician was amazing! Very polite and friendly and very knowledgeable. He was very thorough and systematic in his investigation to determine what the problem was. He figured out what the problem was and fixed it. He also had a lot of helpful tips and advice. Thank you Fix it Right Plumbing and Heating. And thank you Dave!! And at the end he threw in a plug for the company.

I needed my water heater replaced. Fix it Right responded faster and quoted me a better price than other plumbers. The guys that did the job were professional and treated my home with respect. They even called later to tell me they'd forgotten to close a window. They offered to return and close it. (I just closed it myself, but I appreciated the notification!) The job cost a FIFTH of what a big Edmonton company had quoted me, and that includes some extra work they did for me while they were here. I'll absolutely call them next time I need plumbing work.

So of course last night, we go to get in the shower after a long day, (9pm) come to find out we have no hot water! Bummer! Lol
Called Fix It Right Plumbing & Heating and 8 am this morning, Jason Leavell sent over Caleb and Owen! With the new fancy hot water tank! They were absolutely fantastic! No messing around with these young men! Got the job done efficiently, absolutely no mess, and with a smile on their face! Couldn’t have asked for better service!

Excellent company polite and professional. The gentleman made excellent suggestions and advice. He made sure to check out everything with our plumbing to insure there were no other problems and we will certainly use them and recommend them to friends and neighbors in the future!

Had furnace issues, called in the morning, they showed up about 2 hrs later. Technician got furnace going but it quit shortly after he left. I called main office and same tech came back rather quickly. Works great now!!

We have used Fix-It-Right a few times in the past. We just had them come out again last Friday & Monday cuz we are just finishing up renovations getting ready to sell the farm. Amazing Guys & Professional Work They Have Done. They are Very Friendly & Knowledgeable at what they do. When we move to our new home we will Definitely Continue to Use Them for Anything we need to do to our new home. Fix-It-Right is what they do Everytime. The Guys that always have come out to do repairs or hook up new equipment like Hot Water Tanks to the New Commercial Size Gas Stove we recently install are simply AMAZING!!!. Also the women I have dealt with when I call for services from them are Very Polite & Amazing as Well. Fix-It-Right is Truly a Professional Business & it's just a joy to have them in our community.

Had them out again. This time our Furnace Quit. Called them late at night. Within' 30 minutes he was here & diagnosed the problem. The Furnace Ignitor wasn't working. He was in & out of here in under an hour. AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING SERVICE!!!!

Very impressed with Troy, and his professionalism. Troy was very knowledgeable about our furnace, which is older. He thoroughly inspected our furnace and cleaned contacts etc. in preparation for winter. He also answered all our questions about the “health” of furnace. He explained and showed us what we needed to listen for or look for on the furnace as old as ours so we could be aware of furnace health. Definitely did NOT try to sell us a new furnace even though ours is 20 plus years old. Overall, all our contact with this local Stony Plain company from the front desk right through to service has been very positive. This company has been straight forward and reliable for us. Their prices were extremely reasonable. The office staff let you know when service tech will be there at your home. Troy was right on time. Would recommend this company if you are looking for any heating and/or plumbing needs.

Had furnace troubles and after trying a few people to fix it I called fix it plumbing and heating.
I have to say they showed up when I was told they would and Ryan fixed my furnace in very little time.
They had the part required to fix it and the price was very very reasonable.
They didn’t try to sell me a new furnace ,they didn’t overcharge and Ryan was very professional about what he was doing by keeping me in the loop as he worked on it.
I would recommend this company to anyone who has heating or plumbing problems.

after trying two other companies to deal with our infloor heating system over the last 4 yrs, we finally found this local company. Our last attempt to correct a glycol furnace system left us with so much heat the rubber on the back of my rugs disintegrated to sand, my grandchildren complained how hot it was in the basement and we couldn’t control the heat.
Marco came and within a few hours, problem was identified and fixed. i was hesitant still to leave a review as i wanted to give it a few days to see. well very next day i could notice the difference. now almost 2 wks later its amazing the wonderful difference. He took time to explain things to us and answer our questions.

My wife and I had a substantial leak at our place and Fix it Right came to our house in under 24hrs to help out. Not only were they fast but because they located the issue so fast they didn’t even charge us which was unreal. This company also sponsors so many local non profit sports groups and we cannot recommend them to everyone enough. Amazing group of people, thank you very much.

Came back from a holiday to find the furnace had quit and water pipes burst. Called Fix It Right and they came out on a weekend. It took a few days to find all the water leaks but finally did. Darrell and Mario were great. So glad I called them

Fix It staff went above and beyond to ensure I got a new Hot Water Tank in a timely manner and they were able to adjust quickly the different challenges that my Older house presented to them. 10/10 they did a fantastic job and I will be calling them again!

Had them in to put in appliances for me. Knowledgeable and did good work. Had a problem with the microwave vent, which was a tough install, and they sent the expert the next day, and fixed it right away. Kudos all around.

I am so grateful to the quick service provided by the team. I am out of the country and my renter told me my furnace died. Troy came out to my dead furnace within a few minutes of being contacted. Kept me informed as he troubleshooted the problem. Found the problem quickly. Repaired the furnace water damage efficiently and with great communication. All of the staff were polite, attentive and courteous. HIGHLY recommend them.

He came over to my parents place (who are seniors) VERY quickly in the extreme cold weather, and fixed their furnace! He (the owner) was Great to talk to!! We all actually had fun! I fully recommend this company!!
