Dr. David Craig & Associates

We've been patients of Dr Craig and associates for many years probably atleast 10 years. The staff have always been friendly and they have taken good care of myself, my husband and 3 of my children. My sister, brother in law and my brother also are patients here. We've never had a problem with anything, the staff are amazing and it's always clean. I recommend them to my friends and family. If your looking for a dentist and they are accepting new patients, I recommend them.

My dental hygienist, Ashleigh, was awesome! Her professional care and advise was a huge asset to help me care for my teeth. She also went out of her way to ensure I was taking maximum advantage of my health coverage.

Update! Had an issue over the weekend with an incredible amount of pain in my tooth. I reached out to the office and even after hours they were able to do a quick assessment and get me to a more comfortable state. I was given a quick followup appointment and hopefully now on the path to recovery! Thank you so much to Isabelle, Lois and the front desk staff for going above and beyond! Definitely recommend Dr Craig's office!!!!

Sara was absolutely amazing. The most thorough cleaning I have had in a very long while and she walked me through everything, answering all my questions in ways that I was able to understand. She was super understanding and an A+ person.

Getting me an appointment as a new patient quickly & quickly fixing my dental issue. Their amazing Covid protocols/safety were much appreciated as well. Very pleased with my experience.

Excellent dental office!! 😂 Everyone is very friendly and helpful. When I was trying to find a new Dentist I was having a hard time even getting an answer when I called. I needed to see a Dentist with an emergency situation.. At Dr. Craig's office a receptionist always picks up and they got me in as soon as they could. The prices are reasonable too. My family and I moved to Napanee 9 years ago and went to Dr. Craig. At the beginning it was because of location (close to home) but later it was because we really liked the staff and quality of service. We have had everything from cleanings to fillings, crowns and abscess tooth removal. We were especially thankful as to the care that was given to our very anxious 8 year old about fillings and needles. He was put at ease and we were appreciative as to how the situation was handled.

I have worked for Dr. Craig and Associates for over 3 years. I feel very fortunate to work with an amazing group of people who really do care about their patients health. Dr. Craig encourages us to be up to date on the most recent developments in the ever changing field of dentistry. I have always enjoyed learning new things. Dr. Craig provides us with an environment of continuous learning. Our staff are more than just co-workers they truly care about each other and help one another. This is a great team environment and a wonderful dental office to be part of.

Dr Craig’s office got my husband in very quickly when he was in a tremendous amount of pain. We very much appreciate the quick and friendly service even during the challenging “COVID” times. My family and I have been going to Dr. David Craig & Associates for over 15 years and we've recommended them to many. They have served us well, from routine maintenance to surgeries. Every staff member is professional. When we've had urgent needs come up, they have attended to us quickly. They have given us advice but never forced services on us. They are efficient with responses and reminders of appointments.

I recently had an appt to take care of a cavity. The appt was rescheduled due to COVID-19. The measures taken for customer safety and ease of mind were 100%!

It's not always easy to please a customer in the field of dentistry. I am always treated with respect and fairness, and that is why they will continue to have my business.

They are the most professional, kind, understanding and accommodating team of individuals lead by Dr Craig. We had no where to go for my disabled daughter who presents with numerous challenges and they managed her dental surgery needs. Special thanks to the anesthesia doctor, Dr Ali . I would highly recommend Dr Craig for dental services.

This is a superb dental team. From reception to hygiene to surgery the staff are kind, considerate, and professional.
The evening openings show flexibility to make dental care accessible for people who work. My hygienist Lori is always warm and comforting; you can tell that she really cares for your health.

Covid measures run smoothly. You wait in chairs placed outside the office (within a building) and get the full questionnaire and temperature taken.

My children actually look forward to their dentist appointments since switching to Dr. Craigs office!
