I wish I could give these guys more than 5 stars! I bought my second car from Target Auto yesterday. These guys have always been great to work with. I’ve never left feeling like an unappreciative customer. They have always worked with me and helped me find a car that I will love!!

Joseph worked with me on buying a car. He was very nice and easy to work with, I traded in my car for another one. They gave me a fair price for the car and were willing to do some negotiating. Also got me the most possible from a tax write off as I traded it in. I was a little bit skeptical of their safety but was happier to know that they use a seperate company for safeties and do not safety the cars themselves. I even went as far as bringing the car I bought to my personal mechanic the day after and they said they did a good job and everything looked good.. the car I bought had a some rust on the rocker panels and the shop cleaned it all up good and properly. I would recommend target auto over all of the other USED car dealers on Dundas. They seem to have a better quality and a better system.

This is my second time buying a car from Target Auto. I love their service! They have a wide variety of cars/models, and they’ve helped me find a car that suits my budget. I got a dodge minivan the first time, and everyone was impressed by how clean and good it is … this place is a solid 5-star!

I purchased my car august 2022 through a referral of my sister, who has also purchased 2 vehicles from target auto! as a first year university student with no credit established, Youssef was great at getting me approved for a car I never thought I’d get approved for. the hard work at target auto provides for reasonably priced vehicles!
originally there was a dent in the side of my car, they made a great deal with me in getting the dent removed and making sure it looked brand new. I was given extra winter tires with my vehicle as well. there was a lot of assistance with any trouble or questions I had. I am grateful for the help and patience they gave me.
If i’m in need of a vehicle again I would definitely go back and feel comfortable to refer my friends/family here. I received top tier customer service from Target Auto.

Stopped in 2 weeks ago to look at vans .. was helped by Youssef and saw one I liked. Put a deposit down on it, then went back yesterday with my son to do a thorough check and test drive. They have fair pricing and are comparable to other same vehicles in the area. Very welcoming and friendly staff, who are knowledgeable and do not resort to putting pressure on customers. Will be going back to finish up the paperwork and then take 'er home!!

I was able to arrive with an idea already in mind of what I wanted, thanks to the online listings of their vehicles. When I arrived, they asked all the right questions and aimed to determine not only what I wanted but also what I was hoping to avoid due to my past awful experiences with the Hyundai dealership. They were transparent with their pricing and took the initiative to show me comparative listings for the type of vehicle I was hoping to buy. During my first test drive, they noticed and made note of a squeaky belt that needed to be replaced and ensured that it would be fixed at no extra cost. They happily welcomed me back a second time to test drive the vehicle again with my car expert friend. Furthermore, they went above and beyond to ensure that I got my car on the day of the Rogers outage in Canada, despite the challenges that came with their networks being down. I love my Toyota Yaris and I will most certainly be referring this company in the years to come.

I bought my car from Joseph and he was such a friendly person. He listened to all my needs and addressed all my requests thoughtfully. I had specific needs/aspirations that he tailored for me and did his best to deliver not to mention that he even gave me a great deal on the extra warranty. I HIGHLY recommend this place and would definitely come in for my NEXT car.

I dealt with Sam and he was excellent. I bought a vehicle from him a month ago at a great price. I needed it as soon as possible and he worked promptly to get it ready for me. There was an issue with the gas tank but they covered it immediately. The mechanics they deal with were also very kind and got my vehicle in on the same day, even though they were quite busy. For some time, I had searched and searched to find a reliable used car dealer. After doing some research, I found Target Auto in London, Ontario and decided on two vehicles I was interested in test driving. I came in late one night in December before christmas, and Joseph set me up last minute to test drive two Jeep Grand Cherokees. I was really pleased with my overall experience. Joseph told me to test drive both, take my time, even though it was late and they would be closing soon. I took a couple of days to decide and I ended up with this beauty, a 2011 JGC! What I really drew me to Target Auto was the pleasant and honest client service. I could tell from their service lot that they provided a clean, organized car lot for viewing, and inviting office. A family business, Joseph, Remo, and Sam helped me out and made my overall used vehicle purchase an excellent experience. I picked up my lovely SUV in January of 2020 with the biggest smile on my face, a feeling of relief after searching for over two months for a vehicle but never really happy with what was out there, and feeling confident about my purchase from Target Auto. I love my Jeep and have been driving it regularly. Recommendations for buyers: even though my vehicle had a bit higher kilometers, I knew it was in really decent shape for the kilometers. Target Auto does handle the safety, but as a buyer, you will want to maintain your vehicle by making sure all your fluids and general scheduled maintenance are up to date. I want to keep my vehicle in good working order and have it for a good long while so I updated most all of my fluids. You will want to get a schedule from your vehicle dealership on general dealer maintenance to follow as a guide in keeping up with your vehicle maintenance. That's what I did. You can have it serviced where ever you like, just continue to follow a maintenance schedule, it's worth it. Overall, great experience at Target Auto -- from purchase, insurance, and warranty right down to client service -- I made the right choice and am super happy with my Jeep!
