Just Wow! If you need to get away and relax for a few days and want to stay close to Winnipeg, this is the place! Just spent four days here with my wife in a Chalet and enjoy every moment of it. Great walking and biking ( bikes are supplied) trails. Fire every evening in our fireplace. Relaxed in the jetted tube. The Chalet has everything, we overpacked, just need your food, toiletries, clothes and refreshments. Staff was great and friendly, answered any of our questions. We are already looking to book again for next fall.

Judy at the front counter is the most lovely person to deal with. She was super helpful and so nice. 10/10 would recommend staying here. The resort offers many activities such as walking trails, water activities, and stellar views. The prices here are very fair and the rooms and nice and clean. Thank you! 😊

Where do I start??? This place is magical! We rented a chalet over New Year's, and everything was perfect. The owners had so many nice little touches like mimosas waiting in the fridge to celebrate and a little treat basket! The cabin itself was incredible with a comfortable bed, relaxing jetted tub, fantastic wood-burning stove (nothing beats the smell and sound of a real fire!), spacious kitchen, and tons of windows to watch the birds and squirrels nibble away in the feeder on the deck. There are lots of hiking trails in the area with great views. You will not be disappointed with this cozy getaway!

We rented Cabin 5 which was just the right size for two people. It was very comfortable with an open concept design, a shared deck with a view of the falls, and a fully equipped kitchen. We brought our own drinking water but there was a container of fresh water supplied and more to purchase if needed. There was complimentary use of bikes and peddleboats as well as fishing gear. The owners were lovely too. All in all a wonderful place to stay. A plate of homemade cookies was a sweet touch too!

We absolutely loved our winter weekend getaway here! Beautiful scenery, walking paths, hiking trails, groomed ski trails, snowmobile trails & snowshoe area! The resort is very pet friendly! The owners are so friendly & thoughtful. They left us cookies that they baked in our fridge, dog treats, popcorn in the microwave and bird seed to we can watch the wildlife. The firewood is included. We even came across a bobcat on the ski trail! We can't wait to explore this place in the summer!

Place was absolutely awesome. Situated In the middle of everywhere you'd want to go. Saw plenty of wild life like beavers and otters. Very close to rainbow falls, I think like a 20 minute drive. They have canoes and paddle boats free of use for those staying with them. No need to being any life jackets. Nice to just sit out in the dock and watch the sunset, or in the hot tub in your own suite. Showers are spacious. Place is filled with art work and photography by the owners. There's a deck and BBQ and nice little Hangouts by the falls! Just beautiful place with great owners!

Reasonably priced for a five day stay. We were in Unit #2. It was a private cabin with a kitchen and two person hot tub. Free canoes and paddle boats to take on the river and lake. Hiking trails were nearby but not clearly labelled. Clean upon arrival! Checkout was hassle free. They even let us borrow a cable that we forgot to bring with us. The only negative for me was that the bed was a little soft for my liking but I'm used to firm mattresses. Fantastic experience overall and I'd stay again without a doubt.

We had a wonderful time at Inverness Falls Resort during our 8 day stay. It far exceeded our expectations for our anniversary in July. The beds are comfy and have super soft sheets. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, dishes and cooking pots. There was a flatscreen TV with satellite stations. The view is OUTSTANDING. Our cabin had 2 great views, one of the lake from the dining table and one of the falls from the back deck (with the best BBQ ever - I want one) and from the bed, you can't beat that. You are close to stores for extras and restaurants either at campground 5 minutes away or in Rennie 10 minutes away. Judy and Stu were friendly and welcoming on our arrival and happily showed us around, shared the amenities available and explained the fishing in the lake in detail. Another extra big thanks to Stu for helping us out with the leak in our boat. That was above and beyond and greatly appreciated. We would highly recommend visiting this family run resort and hope to visit again! Be sure to take time to shop in the store there are so many things to choose from.
Thanks, Kim and Pete

Stu and Judy feel just like family. We stayed in Cottage #3 and between the hottub, two person shower, full kitchen, and fireplace it was better than a home away from home. The trails are perfect for snowshoeing and the trans Canada Trail is right nearby. We woke up to the beautiful sound of bird song and had squirrels munching on seeds right outside our window. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing or romantic getaway. Next time we'll stay for longer!

Nice cabin, great location. My wife and I have never done this type of thing in the winter but will be making plans for next year. Staff was accommodating and wanting to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Lots going on even in the winter. Went on a beautiful winter hike. would recommend to any couple.

We went there for our honeymoon and again for our fifth anniversary. Unfortunately, had to miss a few due to unforeseen circumstances but are actively planning on going back for our 20th in a couple years.

We stayed both times in cabin 7 with the outdoor private hot tub. It was clean and well stocked with kitchen tools and such as well as firewood and starters for the fireplace and the most wonderful soaps from Virginia’s Soap Deli in the bathroom. The canoes were well cared for (we will never use them together again but that’s a lack of cooperation on our part, not their fault lmao) and the beach is delightful and right there.

Can’t wait to go back.

Very clean and welcoming. The wood burning fireplace was nice as it was cold outside. Can't wait to go back in the summer.

We stayed at Inverness Falls for our honeymoon, 10 years ago, in cabin 1, and loved it. We chose this place because it was the only Whiteshell resort we could find at that time with a private hot tub. The fireplace and the large shower were a bonus. We had no negative experiences of any kind. Everything was good and satisfactory. The hosts were fantastic. On our 10th anniversary we drove through the place again, stopped in to look at the rapids, and we decided that we'd love to return again sometime. Maybe next anniversary.

Has to be the most comfortable, peaceful place we've ever stayed. Terrific people own this place and treat you like guests in their home, not just paying customers. My favourite things? The screened sunporch and the sunny deck, both perfect places for relaxing.

I went there to hike a trail, so i didn't walk inside of the hotel. But out side falls that were made by a tiny bridge were gorgeous in the sun. They aren't small so there is enough place to enjoy nature, there is even around 4 benches to sit. I would like to get a cabin there for a day
