Cedar Creek Resort

I had the pleasure of staying at this quaint roadside motel this past summer. Super clean and quiet with terrific customer service.
We had a deluxe room with the back patio complete with BBQ. An amazing little touch as there isn't regular food service available on site.
The owner was very accommodating and friendly . 10/10 will (and have) recommend to anyone traveling in that area.
Proximity to the provincial park was great for an afternoon on the beach!

Sandra was very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, but the bathroom sink was small, nowhere to put toiletries. There was no bathmat. Otherwise, everything was great. They have firepits with wood, decks in the back with bbq, and mini fridges. And supply a small breakfast list after 9. T.V. had closed captioning and lots of channels. Ice and some things for sale. Loved it. Would definitely stay again if passing through again. Reasonable price and pet friendly.

Fantastic experience for us. We called late at night, Sandy saved us a room and booked us in very last minute. Affordable, clean, pet friendly and super cute area. The room has a nice patio in the back, that was a good surprise. We were greeted by a little fox when we arrived, honestly the cutest thing ever. If you need somewhere to stop, and rest this is a great spot! The water does smell a little funky, and I'm very glad they included water bottles in the room. Beds were comfy as well and we had a nice modern TV.

10/10 would stay again if needed.

Sandra, the owner and operator of this resort is very friendly and receptive. We had a lovely chat about our young son and other things in life. It was great to get to know someone who was not only helpful with our check in and easy going but also was committed to service. The rooms are very clean and spacious. I wish you all the best from us, thanks again.

Sandra was able to save us a room on a very last-minute booking, even though we arrived very very late. Comfy bed, extremely convenient location, pet-friendly, and our early morning check-out was greeted with an adorable little fox. Having our own entrance was great, and parking in front of the unit meant we could keep an eye on our truck and feel very secure. The patio was a lovely surprise too.

Will definitely be staying here on our next trip through the area.

Cedar Creek really helped me out in a pinch when I lost a reservation elsewhere and ended up having to do a late check in.

They even called to help me with navigation. If you're unfamiliar with the roads in Manitoba you might find it difficult to locate.

Fair for the price, room was clean and tidy, typical small comforts. No trouble leaving my trailer outside all night.

Awesome place to stay. We arrived on our bikes and the instantly had our room ready. It was incredibly clean and spacious!

When the owner noticed us getting ready to take a drive to get some food, she insisted on opening the kitchen for us, and we had some of the best chicken soup and pizza I’ve ever had.

100% recommend you stay here. Super clean and super friendly!

Absolutely delicious food and great service. Beautiful campground and motel. Owner Sandra is super accommodating and was even serving folks who were just coming off the highway and hungry.

Thanks Don and his wife (Sentra), they are very nice couple my tractor trailer break down near to 6 km from this hotel and temperature was -20 and my truck shut down due to huge cold I called this hotel regarding my situation after that Don came to pick me from truck and he took me his hotel and even late night 11:45 Pm Couple made me fantastic veggie pizza and tea I really appreciate them to help me in this winter season room was very good

Cedar Creek Resort is lovely, warm and welcome. Sandra, the owner is so kind. The entire location is so peaceful. It feels like a cottage stay and there are so many perks about staying here! Free wifi, pets, bbq, a gorgeous lake to wake up beside too. I ordered a blt+sunny side egg from their menu and it was cooked perfectly. It was delicious!! The one thing I can guarantee is you will be cozy the entire time here.

The owner/desk attendant was WONDERFUL! After driving for hours through flood risk and encountering closed campgrounds, we came upon Cedar Creek Resort. Called ahead and the owner was SUPER friendly and accommodating. Very nice property, fire pits, clean accommodations and ABSOLUTLY FANTASTIC staff!

After being on the road for 13 hours and reading the reviews and looking at the prices of hotels in Kenora /Dryden ONT it was a no brainer to stay here ! The customer service was top notch and the cabin was like a time capsule and in really good shape/ very clean. Glad we made the choice to stay here! Thank you for a good night's rest at an awesome price

Awesome place to stay. Rooms were clean and well taken care of. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We got food from their restaurant and it was absolutely fantastic (their smoked ribs on weekends were amazing). The Cable TV was down while we were there, but we were hardly in the room anyhow - that was the only negative that we had for this place

Fantastic stay!!! An all around fantastic experience that started with the friendly greeting upon arrival from the staff, room was spotless and way more than we had expected. Our first nights meal was superb and without doubt some of the best home made desserts I have ever seen, sadly only had room for one. And to start the next day the best breakfast EVER!!! These guys take home made to a whole new level. Do yourself a favor....they built it...now GO!!!!

Rooms were actually quite big. Pet friendly, love that. Beds were comfy. Sandra is a lovely lady. Mosquitos were ridiculous. (No part of owners fault). Thanks for the stay

The owners are kind and accomadating. They are generous and very understanding. The rooms are clean, neat, and spacious. We came in the winter so it was snowy but absolutely beautiful and beautiful surrounding area.

The pizza was amazing.

Clean, cozy, and the owners are lovely people! If you happen to be there when they have smoked ribs on for the supper special you are in for a real treat!! We found our new go-to place to stay when we are diving at Westhawk lake.

Great friendly place. Dalton and Linda (the owners) are good persons. The place is clean and the mattress will give you a good rest (we had room 10).

The pizza and the ribs were yummy.

Did a landscaping job for this place. These people make you work hard but they feed you good.🍗 Best chicken wings.
Slept well in one of the rooms.
Don't loose hope when taking a shower. The water will warm up eventually.
