Great place to escape the hustle and bustle of life

On our cross country move. We called here last min for an RV/tent spot. These people were so great. They were very friendly and found us à spot to park our 40ft cargo trailer and truck. Rather than having to put up our tent and pull all our stuff out of the trailer they kindly rented us à fully supplied small cabin right on the river. It was so nice after driving for almost 9hrs to not have to worry about anything but going to bed. Wish I could give more then 5 stars. Truly à lovely place run by some great people.

My sister and I were riding our horses through and they were SO kind and accommodating to us. The owners made us tea and made sure we were comfortable, even turned the showers on for us! We had such a wonderful stay, would definitely recommend this place for a stop!

We just came back from a lovely weekend here. The river is a beautiful paddle, the beach is little but a deliciously cool and clean swim and the owner the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a shady,riverside spot with electric and water hook up and it was a peaceful weekend. Defiantly staying again soon!

Great place if flush toulets are a must for you they don’t have them.

Owners are awesome, and the regulars nice as well.

Quiet, clean, and friendly

Already people are using the campgrounds A ton of trails to walk a bout. The river is perfect right now for kayaking and canoeing. The camp attendants will drop you up river for a leisurely paddle for a small price. Or tube! Nearby there is the forest discovery center with restored buildings and local history and animal information. The swinging bridge is at that location also leading too more trails. This camlground is in forest so it is quite relaxing.

I have been coming here with my wife for the past 6 years. It has a very tight knit community and is run by owners who genuinely care about your experience at their campground. I will continue to camp here, I cant get enough of the surroundings and atmosphere.

Our family has had a seasonal camping site at Whitemouth River Campground for a number of years. The owner is amazing. Always things to do in the area (quadding, hiking, run/jog). Easy to go tubing in the area as well. Small store on-site with some basics. Also has overnight Camp sites and cabin to rent. It's a little hidden gem!

Family owned, great friendly service! Very cheap. Good amenities. toilets could be improved. Perfect for overnight stay. More permanent Residents looked very nice !

Good place to go canoe/kayaking. Water was warm in early june. A few rocks to hit which is a bonus. We took the 2hr paddle
