Blaine Police Department

A big thank you to the officer who completed a traffic stop on March 30th at 10:35 p.m. the officer turned around on peace portal Drive and 3rd Street in Blaine, And proceeded to pull over a speeding vehicle traveling northbound on peace portal Drive. My balcony faces peace portal Drive, and all too often, I see vehicles speeding recklessly down peace portal Drive, Northbound especially. It's awesome to see that Blaine police are doing a great job at keeping our streets safe. The 7 years I've lived here, whenever I waved to a Blaine police officer, he's always waves back. Thank you Blaine PD, FD & EMS.

This police force works directly with the border patrol. There is no line between state and federal. They even hold federal meeting at the Police Station. Completely side steps our constitution. The officers are unable to provide good service. The office staff is good and pleasant Amy is friendly. Mike is good but there are several officers that are completely barbaric.

The scrawny Sgt, and his henchmen that detained the gentleman for using the F-word in his car are about as ignorant and unprofessional as they come. Pretty sure they are unaware of what the constitution is, what a public employee is, or even why basic laws are. Gentleman was detained for "investigation" when they even said they can't articulate any crime. Then, they go ahead and run his plate to find out who he is (4th amendment violation). These officers are the reason there is such a disconnect between civilians and the police. Apparently they need more funding so they can be trained on the constitution and basic civil liberties.
