Literally my best dental experience ever! Had to bring my toddler last minute and everyone was so friendly to him, even helped to keep him distracted while I was busy getting my teeth cleaned.
Saw Dr. Warawa along with multiple other assistants/hygienists and every single individual was beyond friendly, chatty and seemed genuinely happy to be working there.
My check up and cleaning went great, teeth look amazing and the process was so smooth. Will 100% be making this my and my families dentist for the future.

Visiting a dentist is often a stressful experience; however, from the very beginning until the end I felt very safe and comfortable. I cannot express enough all my gratitude to both Dr. Mark Warawa and the Dental Assistant Emily for their fantastic support and for making me feel very welcome. It was, honestly, one of the best experience of dental treatment in my whole life.

This place provides great service, by kind and patient people. New fangled technology and skilled dentists meant my anticipated dental nightmares never came true. I highly recommend Bright Smile to anyone to wants to receive great treatment by great people.

We have been coming to BrightSmile dental for years now. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. We see Dr. Pohl who is always very knowledgeable and honest about any work that need to be done, we really appreciate that. The hygienists are very thorough and efficient but most of all they are friendly and make you feel comfortable, especially with the kids.

Dr Ong is always very nice, and coming from a patient with sensitive teeth he always makes sure im comfortable and double freezes when necessary I hardly feel the numbing needle. The hygenists are also very awesome from my experiences. Jolene is always awesome to talk to!

i was in major pain with a needed root canal The Dentist assigned was Mr. Alex Yeh was amazing. His concern for "you" as a person "matches" his professionalism in dentistry. Madison Regina ( Alex's assistant ) is pleasant and efficient and made a great team. If your having a need for a competent dentist that prides himself and i quote from Alex " I JUST LIKE TO HELP PEOPLE" then your search for a dentist is over!! Totally recommended and best of all... NO PAIN!

Dr. Pohl (and Dr. Ong), their dental assistants (thanks, Rae Ann), the dental hygienists (especially Jolene) and the receptionist are all welcoming and professional at all times. Our whole family have been going to this office for at least 10 years now - and we’ve only received excellent service from them. I am convinced that they care for the best interest of their clients. I have been a patient with BrightSmile Westland Market Mall Dental Centre in Spruce Grove for 18 years. The dental hygienists I experienced during that time were all very good and very pleasant. The dentist I visited there, Dr. M Pohl, is very good. I would recommend this Dental Centre to anyone who is looking for dental services in Spruce Grove, Alberta.
