Ray's Market(Big Way Foods)

Was staying with my parents for a few weeks in their village and this local grocery is great! They have pretty much everything, prices are very decent on most things including having the co-op brand and deals. The meat they have is really good quality and if you ask, you can get a big roast vacuum packed from the back for great price!

Excellent shop with basically anything you need. I was surprised by the great value they offer on their frozen meat packages.

Gotta love this store. They always seem to have what we need and the staff are so friendly. Prices are a little steep (that’s what you get for being in a small hamlet) but they have great sales and a decent selection of everything.

Only used it a few times but I found it so far to be within reason price wise considering it is in a summer laketown the meats are fantastic, in a very good selection of items considering how small the store is.

Ray's is becoming a great little grocery store to shop. Meat selection is great and well cut and presented ( butcher on site) since new management took over there has been an amazing improvement. New products are becoming available. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

It’s easy to shop local when you’ve got a great little store like Ray’s. Good selection for a small town grocer. Produce is fresh, and the meat is top grade. The ‘made in house’ kimchi is the BEST I’ve ever had.

We were visiting Wabamun and we needed some supplies so decided to go to Ray's market. It pretty much had everything we need. It is a well-stocked grocery store for a town. The staff were friendly, the place was clean and it had everything that we were after. Good place to stop.

This Grocery Store has every thing that you need when camping near Wabamun Provincial Park.

Awesome village grocery store. Despite being small the selection is amazing. While there isn't many gluten free products or allergy friendly products, that is to be expected as it is a small family run place. The prices are a bit higher than your average grocery store but the cost is worth the service you get. The meat department has a great selection with great prices. If you are in Wabamun and need some groceries, this is the place to go to.

Love this store. Great meat department, lots of selection, and the staff is wonderful. There are always good sales on.
For those few items that might cost more... it's less than the fuel $ to drive elsewhere! I love supporting community-based business.

Organized and friendly; it's so old school. Like stepping back in time. Fresh baked goods and steaks were delicious! If you're camping on Wab this is way better than driving half hour to spruce grove. Little pricey but the fuel and time saved was well worth it! We will return next time

Ray's market is an important business in the village of wabamun as it allows local people the opportunity to buy their groceries, especially seniors who don't care to drive to larger centers. I have been able to pick up items that I couldn't get in a larger store because it's was sold out.

The employees there were very nice, personable and helpful, its a smaller supermarket, but still has a variety of foods. Meat counter is always available to answer any questions, or even cut specific chunks of meat and package it for you. Al in all more friendly than any supermarkets anywhere

Great deals today, and the cashier offered to help me to my car as the pop was to heavy. The staff are all about helping customers. They all deserve a Thank you and know they are appreciated by the Community.

So much there for a smaller store. Unusual products too. Butcher on location. Excellent chicken. Easy better than the city.

Awesome store almost any food you want, only place I know that I can get full bone short ribs, the man will bend over backwards to please people. GREAT PLACE
