Beautiful shorter and not very technical paths through the forest lined with lakes view points. Stairs and boardwalks have been built to take you in otherwise hard places to reach. To get there, Google will take you directly to the parking lot where you'll need to stop at reception to pay your entry fee $7.00 at the time of this post. Washrooms, treats and a free map of the paths (map is accurate - paths well signed) are available at reception. Check the website for opening hours. Bring mosquito spray (in season). I had an enjoyable morning!

We really enjoyed our walk here and had the entire place to ourselves, we saw just one other person in the three hours we were here. The trails are well marked with interesting interpretation panels through the beautiful forest. The thing I appreciated the most was the silence, nothing but the sound of the frogs and the birds, in so many places you have the background noise from a highway or boats on the lake

We took trail 4 to the East side then 3 returning by the waterfall and lakes. It was the right way to do this circuit as trail 4 has quite a steep descent with stairs in one area.

The interpretation center was closed so we left our 14$ in the lockbox. Take cash, bug repellent and note that we had no cellphone coverage here.

Nice quiet place. Walk by most lakes. Went in June must bring bug repellent. Do not recommend for young kid and person that do not do good in stairs

We were there on Nov 14. Even though the leaves had all fallen, it was still a beautiful place. There are many lakes and many lookouts. The trails are very well maintained, with stairs and boardwalks. The trails are not difficult at all, and the distance is just right. We made the longest tour, and it was about 4-5 kilometers. We will definitely go back next year.

There is a small fee: $7/adult, $4/child and $15/family.

Great views and lots of wildlife. Bring bug spray and long clothing during bug season. Trails are low to moderate in difficulty and possible for young kids. Some of the structures, e.g. stairs, boardwalks, and lookouts, could use some maintenance.

My husband and I very much appreciate the minimum intrusion on the integrity of this reserve's natural state. Just being able to connect with nature in all it splendid beauty is a wonderful escape for us. Thank you to all the volunteers who work hard to protect this beautiful forest.

So much to see here. I'm surprised it's not more popular.
