Cycle Paul

I have been there a few times already. I was served today by Chris and Mathieu. I brought my bike for a routine check up and it was like brand new again thereafter. The staff members are nice, knowledgeable, respectful, and patient. I asked a ton of questions from Chris, who patiently answered all of them. Also, I have noticed they recommend products and services based on what you need, not what sells higher. I never felt pressured to buy a certain product or to go with a more expensive service. Before moving to the West Island, I used to go somewhere else, where the guy always tried to upsell. Thanks guys! Keep up the good work.

The team is always great whenever I drop in the shop. Always curious as to how the bike is performing, is there anything they can do. Most importantly they do not go over the top with what they recommend needs to be done. Which I appreciate.

Just move in Saint lazare, so happy to have such a great and nice shop 5min from my house. Needed a part, they order it for me, at a really competitif price and had it the next day!

Extremely helpful staff. We originally bought a bike rack from a big box store, but decided to pop into Cycle Paul as well. They helped us pick the right rack, the additional accessories (it would have been a disaster without them), and helped install the rack. We returned the big box rack. Thank God we stopped at Cycle Paul.

The service at Cycle Paul is very friendly and professional. They were patient with my husband when exploring bike options and let him try many bikes out in the parking lot. The team also ordered in a pair of Cycle shoes for me. When I brought my bike in for service they immediately racked it, assessed it, and asked me if I had any issues with the bike the previous season. Reasonable prices for service. Even got an invite to their Strava Cycle group.

The staff at Cycle Paul Vaudreuil genuinely care about you and your experience with biking. They go out of their way to make sure you understand what you need. They also make sure that what you’re buying is in your best interest.

Every product I’ve purchased is amazing and extremely high quality: road bike, my kit, helmet, glasses, trainer, etc.
