Canada Post

Today, March 11th 2021 at 5:15/5:30pm I was at the Lancaster Canada Post driving around looking for a bin to put a couple letters in. To my surprise, there wasn’t one or I missed it some how. I saw a Canada post delivery man walking from his van to the building so I approached him. I was in the middle of asking if there was a bin for my letters when he extended his hand and said “I can take care of that for you” with what sounded like a smile on his face (couldn’t see because of the mask). I know this is such a small action but the fact that he was so attentive to the fact that I was clearly in need of help and his openness to help really just put such a smile on my face. I truly wish I got his name so I could call in and leave a compliment.

Only reason its even getting a one star is there is no option for zero. Am a new resident to the area and first meeting set up was ok. Every interaction since has been a plethora of employees excuses for thier incompetence.

Canada Post didn't even bother to knock on the door to check if anyone was home. I work from home so I am at home. Next thing you know, they take your letter to Lancaster location instead of leaving it at any Cornwall Post Office. Good job! I love wasting time to travel because you do know how to konck or ring the bell.
