I bought a Hyundai Santa Fe AWD Limited from Romeo in June 2018. I moved to Las Vegas in 2019, then to Florida. It's been across the country 4 times. Best vehicle ever, no problems at all except brakes and tires. Thanks again Romeo. I still get compliments when I say it's a 2011.

I went in desperate for help - muffler making my little Pontiac Vibe sound like a big truck - and I had to be back in Toronto this evening for my son's family to fly out.
They were very busy, but they understood and said they would get me back on the road. I got there soon after 8am. I left just before 9. Very good price as well as being just about the nicest people you could meet.

Just bought a truck from Romeo and brought it to my home in Alberta. Have to say, these guys are the most honest people I have ever met at a dealership. Very helpful and and very friendly staff. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a used vehicle or just to get maintenance done on there vehicle to bring it to them. Keep up the good work guys!

I blew a tire on the 417 and crawled into Alexandria on a Sunday night. I called at 8:00 am and they had me bring the trailer in. They diagnossed the problem showed me why the brakes seized and had me fixed and back on the road by noon. Absolutely great service at the desk and the technician was awesome. Was a very stressful situation and they took care of it all. Thanks!

I have had the pleasure of having Romeo's as a customer for several years, when I worked at the local NAPA in Alexandria. The entire time, I was taken by Romeo's advocacy on behalf of his customer; to the point where I have seen him absorb losses forego profit and spend extra to get his customers fixed up. In a small community, you don't get anywhere by cheating customers. People talk! In Alexandria, people (including me) speak very highly of Romeo, Joanne and the crew!

Excellent friendly service, even lent me a loaner vehicle to do some errands while i waited.
