Thank you to the cashier who worked around 345 today for running out at us because we forgot our change! His honestly should be rewarded with a raise. Thank you sir!

Store clerk Star was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the products, then while having to deal with Charlie (the store manager) with a defective product, he was also incredible at customer care and service. Very impressed

I'm usually not a big fan of Canadian Tire stores, but we bought a couple of chairs today, and received amazing service from the Floor Supervisor, Kyle. He went above and beyond to meet our needs. Very friendly; helped load; exceptional service. Really pleased ... we'll visit again. Canadian Tire has a STAR on their hands. Thank you, Kyle!

Good store and has been under new ownership, not sure when, but I would say the last couple of years. They have made improvements and have a large garden centre as well. Friendly, knowledgeable staff too! :)

I visited the store 2 weeks ago, could not find the Scotch Heavy Duty Dishwand, though the refills were available.
I mentioned it to the manager.
I went this week, Wed. Aug. 4, 2021, the item was in stock so I bought it and 2 refills.
Great service, highly recommend shopping there: service and inventory has greatly improved over the past 3 years.

This is a treasure trove with everything the big stores have....like the genie in Aladdin......cosmic retail in an itty bitty space. Staff are engaging, kind and well versed in the stock

What's not to like about Cdn Tire. I even like the older ones where the aisles were skinny. And it smells like a hardware store/car shop.

Nowadays the big box stores that have replaced them are still fun. I really like cruising up and down, looking at all the neat stuff.

And they have the BEST clearance sales.

It's a dependable go-to where nothing much changes except the goods, and you can rely on that.

Staff are always courteous and helpful. Small store but items are well displayed and if they don't have what I need, they seem truly disappointed lol. I prefer the quaint comfortable feeling of Alexandria store.

Website showed I stock items accurately. In store price matched online special with no issues.

A mechanic named Tom did a safety for us this morning and his assistant did the balancing of the tires. These guys are fair and honest. Great job. They have a great automotive department.

I found what I went to Canadian Tire to buy except 1 item whicg was the oil and filter to change oil on my vehicle.
I saw a friend and enjoyed talking with that person.
