Finding the right diet for my dog has been a journey and BCR has been super helpful with all my questions and making sure my transition to raw has been smooth. My dog has a lot of sensitivities to proteins and certain supplements and BCR has been very supportive in offering me info for alternate ways to ensure my pup gets all the nutrients she needs - very happy customer and very happy doggo!

I work at a retailer that carries Big Country Raw. One of your delivery drivers, Spencer is one of the best that I have come across in dealing with almost 20 different delivery drivers each week. He's kind, polite, efficient and you can tell that he cares about what he does. Our deliveries get left at our dock organized, neatly stacked and any important information is relayed as needed. We definitely don't receive the same level of service when he's not on our route. He deserves recognition for taking the time to provide stellar service and is a credit to the company and brand!

Ordered two weeks ago from Big Country raw for my golden retriever puppy. Usually not the kind of person who writes reviews, these guys are just amazing !!!! Perfect delivery on time and they also informed me ten minutes before arrival .

Beef organ mix- very fresh and it had all the ingredients written behind it and the percentage of every single offal that was in the product. It is very important for me to know what ingredients I am feeding my dog. Best part is..they have a portion part printed too that helps you understand the appropriate quantity to feed your dog.

Goat Milk - My dog loves it ...it is gone in seconds. Again very fresh and worth the money .

Beef Tripe (Green) - Again very fresh and can be thawed and used for the next 3 to 4 days. Very good packing.

Quail Eggs- I was a little skeptical while placing order for eggs online because I was thinking that they might break. But I was surprised that not a single egg was broken.

Definently would recommend these guys to anybody who is feeding their dog raw diet/ in transition to raw diet for their dogs. Not only their quality is great but also their delivery timing. Also, all set to buy a few more from them.

I also appreciate them to take an effort to drive almost 56kms to Torornto ( Especially with everything going on in the world ) and make sure they give their customers the best.

We have two giant breed rescues who have been on a BCR diet since we adopted them 3 years ago. The quality of their food is noticeable every day in the health of their coats, eyes and the enthusiasm that greets every breakfast and dinner. We mix up their BCR with additional items such as quail eggs, mashed pumpkin, sardines and kale. It feels good to know that we are doing what we can to give them the best life possible and the best food.

Took my new puppy Sadie on her first car ride to BCR. Dianne at the front desk greeted her with a treat and was very helpful in picking up some great products for Sadie. Awesome customer service and wide variety of products to choose from. Thank you 🐾

I’ve had my dogs on BCR for almost a year now. I noticed a difference in them within one week. I love the variety and the price is nowhere near as bad as I thought I was going to have to spend putting them on raw.

I have been using Big Country Raw for my 3 dogs for more than two years now. I wish I had started sooner.
They are large breed dogs. One is a senior and two are 2yrs old. One of the two year old dogs I raised from 8 weeks of age and he has never had kibble since I brought him home. The other youngster is a rescue, and she thought that she died and gone to heaven when she got here and realized she got to eat REAL food.
They are all doing extremely well on this product, and I have noticed big changes in my senior dog. Her coat is shinier and softer, she has more energy, and she is more playful.
We mix the proteins up all the time. There isn't one that they don't like. I also LOVE the fact that it comes in the waxed tubs and not plastic. For this reason alone I would support this company.
Please keep up the great work at Big Country Raw. Please don't sell to some large corporation that will just ruin things. Us pet parents rely on companies like yours. I FINALLY feel good about what I feed my dogs. Thanks a million.

Have proudly used Big Country Raw food for over 7 years now and all of my pets are in excellent health! Have raised a few foster dogs and puppies on BCR with great success, and my own large breed puppy who matured beautifully with excellent muscle tone and overall structure balance. Customer service has always been top notch, great quality product and a formulation I actually trust. Love the XL grind, keep up the great work - can't recommend enough!

I've ordered a few times for large deliveries and this service is fantastic. The products are also great and really keep feeding interesting for my picky-pants poodle. Drivers have been excellent, accommodating and good at communicating - so it's very obvious when deliveries will be arriving and nothing gets missed. Products are packed economically and discount tickets for next time are always included with the bill of sale. Amazing quality and service in a time where that is rare!

My dog is obsessed with the green beef tripe. Its the only food he will eat. I often can't find it in stores so I started ordering it online/delivery. The service is fantastic. It always comes frozen solid. The quality is great. When Covid lock downs first began I did an online order and they had a bouquet of tulips. It made my day. I highly recommend this product.

Big Country Raw is an amazing dog food brand. My dog loves the beef dinner, chicken dinner and breeders blend - gobbles it all down and licks the bowl like crazy after. The customer service is amazing - porch delivery and within a few days (we live in a rural area). They even brightened our day with a bouquet of flowers💓 Oakley and I thank you so so much!! We’ve been with them for a year or so now and our dog absolutely loves their food. We had a bad experience with one of their products and not only were they amazing to approach about it but we got fully refunded without issue. We will be life long costumers with them they are the best and genuinely care about the quality of product they produce.

I’d wanted to switch the dogs to raw food for over a year, but due to space constraints, wasn’t able to start anything other than raw bones for mental stimulation and dental health. When we moved, I was finally able to put the plan in motion and found Big Country Raw, who made the transition unbelievably easy! We purchased all of our start up products online from their website, and bought a Grab N Go box from a local retailer.

We are 1 month in and we are astounded by the results we’ve already seen. My 2.5 year old Samoyed, who has never had a strong appetite, caught on fairly quickly and loves eating his meals out of a stuffed Tux Toy. His teeth, which had already started to build up some tartar at only a couple years old, are gleaming white again. The real difference though, has been in our 11 year old Jack Russel/Pug cross, Ashia. Ashia had always been food motivated, and would eat anything in sight so we knew the transition itself wouldn’t be an issue - she cleaned her first bowl of BCR in 3.7 seconds flat! What has changed the most for her is her overall well being and her quality of life. Ashia has been with us since 9 weeks old, and grew up alongside my previous Samoyed, Kalen. When Kalen passed at 14 years old, Ashia grieved for weeks. She lost interest in life, and moped around looking lost. To make things worse for her, she was brutally attacked my a much bigger dog on a walk one day. Following the attack, she became..for lack of a better word...cranky. She didn’t have the same zest for life, and really started to show the age of a much older dog at only 9 years old. When her new little brother, Stark, came into her life it took them a solid 2 years to truly find their groove and to bond. The two of them created a very strong bond and began cuddling, seeking each other out and finding a balance of play time and “leave me alone now, okay?”. While she had found a buddy once again, she still showed the signs of a senior dog. Her eyes were getting a little glazed over, she was a little overweight and she continued to be her cranky self.

1 month into feeding BCR, and it’s like we have a new dog in the house. Ashia has lost weight, her coat is so shiny and soft, her eyes have completely cleared up and she is just “brighter”. Meeting her now, other than her grey muzzle, you would never think her to be an 11 year old dog. My family was blown away over the holidays in how different she looked and acted. She has spunk again, like she had as a 4 or 5 year old pup. She plays with so much more energy and tenacity. She pesters us to go to the special cupboard and get the tennis balls out to play every...single...evening. She joyously rolls around on the floors and invites Stark to play with playbows and zoomies. She is happier, she is healthier and we have our amazing little velociraptor back. Ashia truly lost a bit of herself when she lost her best friend and was attacked soon after. She became very reactive to other dogs, and while we are constantly working on that, she happily frolicked with a young dog over Christmas. There is no coincidence that can explain her change in energy and happiness, other than the switch to BCR. Diet truly is EVERYTHING. We can’t speak high enough praises about a raw diet for our pets. BCR’s raw food has given Ashia a new lease on life, and instead of a dog who was cranky, and low energy, we now have a vivacious, happy and energetic 11 year old lady living with is. She gives Stark a run for his money these days, and her odds of winning a game of tug-of-war have increased exponentially, now that she’s feeling great from the inside out. We recommend raw food and BCR to anyone we can, and have Ashia as evidence to the benefits of what a raw diet can do. Thank you Big Country Raw for giving us our girl back.

Their customer service is also great, any time I have contacted them I have heard back very promptly. They accept returns with no hassle & host an amazing giveaway over the holidays. The drivers who deliver are always very pleasant and accommodating.

I've been using Big Country Raw as my breeder recommended raw feeding and had suggested the company. So far my experience has been amazing. My dog likes the food, the grab and go packs are excellent value, and the service has been fantastic! I've ordered online for delivery to my condo and bought a cooler bag from them to put my order in which is great. They send lots of messages and you can track your delivery so you know when to expect it. I've also gotten text messages from the driver the day before to let me know what time they expect to come and to confirm I'll be leaving my cooler bag with my condo concierge. Overall it's just fantastic service and I can't recommend them enough.

I recently switched our dogs to Big Country Raw and couldn’t be happier. The customer service is amazing. They helped provide a meal plan that was specific to each of our dogs. The variety is amazing and very affordable. I love that I can order online and have shipped directly to my door. I know my dogs are getting a high quality diet that is well balanced.
