Dr Steve and his staff are hands down the best I have encountered. He is patient and his abilities are bar none. I am extremely anxious in the dental chair and he knows exactly what I need and how to get the job done without increasing my anxiety. In addition when he does the freezing he never over does it so there is no lingering pain following a procedure.

Great dentist! I had a dental emergency and Dr. Steve took me in right away. He gave me his emergency number in case the problem became worse. Dr. Steve is honest and thorough. No price gouging either. Our whole family sees him now and we are very happy with him and his staff. They also respect any patients with anxieties and do a wonderful job dealing with that. I highly recommend Dr. Steve and his staff!

My whole family has switched to go to Dr. Steve. He is such a great dentist. He wants to help as much as he can and is awesome with anxious kids and adults. He is respectful and so so kind. His whole team has been a blessing to our community!

I had a wonderful experience. They have excellent staff, and gentle hands. Dr. Steve was very easy to chat with, and it was clear he genuinely cares about all of his patients, new and old. I really enjoyed their transparency, and honesty with how they examine your teeth. You get to see what they see on a flat screen above your seat. Their location looks deceiving on the outside, but it's actually quite surprisingly big on the inside. If you're new to the area, or just looking for a new professional and friendly dental clinic, then I'd recommend dropping them a line. My hygienist was Brittany, and she was really great too! I'm going to be bringing my whole family there :-)

I have very bad anxiety at dentists and every single person that works here is wonderful. I have never felt more at ease and they listened to and took my anxiety very seriously. I had wisdom tooth pain and they accommodated and got me in as soon as possible. Very relieved and if not a bit more trusting now of dental experiences. Thank you! Highly recommend.

Smithville smiles states they accept new and emergency clients. This past summer, I experienced massive pain in my lower right side due to an absess. Calling the number listed, directed me to another number for emergency requests - I spoke with the gentleman on the phone whom I assume is the dentist and who advised me it was Saturday and that they were closed and that I was not an existing patient and he could not assist - to come to the office on Monday to set up as a new patient. That said, I contacted another dental office in Niagara Falls - who was also closed, and where I also wasn't a patient - but they accepted me as an emergency patient and had me visit immediately based on my symptoms. I am now a faithful client at that location as opposed to this business 2 minutes walk from my home.

Dr. Steve is a good dentist, however, i had a tooth break and called emergency line...no one bothered to answer or call me back. Had to find another dentist.
