Jennifer was such a pleasure to work with! She was highly knowledgeable about the process and answered all of my questions prior to booking; this made me feel so comfortable moving forward. We did a 3D hand and foot with our daughter and the experience in itself will be such an amazing memory! Jennifer was so gentle with our little one, who was a wiggly 9 month old at the time, and her professionalism, but also sense of humour, was so appreciated. Over the course of two months I had the privilege of working with Jennifer Salvage and her home business of WP Creations for two occasions. I had received a gift back in June 2017. It was the 3D Life Casting of my daughters hands and feet. This was the moment I fell in love with WP Creations products. Fast Forward 2 1/2 years, we found out our family pet was ill and wasn’t going to make it much longer. She was a part of our family for 7 years, we inherited Paisley from my Papa who passed when she was just 12 weeks old. Paisley was my dads greatest pal. At this rough time knowing our Paisley was scheduled to be euthanized, I reached out to Jennifer to set up an appointment, for a raised impression of her paw, and a ink print. We decided that framing this would be the best option and instead of etching the glass with her name we wanted to use her tag. Jennifer came to my parents home and worked with us to get the perfect print and mould. My siblings and I decided to keep this a surprise from my dad and that when the product was complete approx 6-8 weeks we would gift it to him for Christmas. Jennifer did an absolutely amazing job and completed the most memorable gift we could of ever imagined.

The second opportunity I had was to create the 3D life castings of my two week old daughters hands and feet. I brought my two week old daughter over to Jennifer’s home, where she explained everything and we were able to complete the moulds and castings.

Jennifer was very reliable and friendly. She was punctual and had great communication. She took into consideration your requests but also provide great feedback and professional support when it came down to choosing colours, finishes and placement within the frames. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from Jennifer as well as the products.

If you ever want to be able to reminisce back on how little your son/daughter was, to be able to feel their little hand again, or a pet, I highly recommend contacting/reaching out to Jennifer. I cannot wait to work with her again in the future for more WP creations products for myself or family members.

Working with Jennifer was an absolute pleasure, from start to finish. As first time parents, we were nervous as we had not taken our daughter to a stranger's home since she was born fifteen days earlier. Jennifer made us feel as comfortable as if we were home and had many great suggestions on how to keep our daughter relaxed and happy throughout the casting process. She also guided us in how to get the photo element of our selected frame delivered directly to her in order to avoid an unnecessary trip to drop off this element to complete our arrangement. When conditions for picking up our finished items changed due to the advent of the pandemic, she was also very easy to deal with. We were offered flexible timelines for pickup and contactless exchange was made easy. All of our keepsakes are well crafted and beautiful. Our frame is proudly displayed in the nursery and the hand and footprint casts given as gifts for grandparents were received with joy. Thank you again for giving us these precious memories to treasure!

What a fun experience doing the raised impressions with my kids! Jennifer was very accessible and walked me through the easy at home process. It was done in a few minutes and they turned out great! I can’t wait to see them framed. I highly recommend WP Creations Smithville.
