It’s now 2024 but bought July 23. Never been in a RV. Done my research & knew what Ii wanted . Sicard all though a distance.. they had a reputation. Arrived . Told Ryan what I wanted. Saw 5 newer used. 2nd one I bought. Been in it since. The “hideout” I purchased. But that young grandson. Listened to me. I couldn’t be happier with the service I got. And I’m glad you recommended the anti sway hitch. The knowledgeable staff! Friendly not pushy. I’ll be back for a bigger one.

We were brand new to RV’ing so we did not know anything about anything and yet the Sicard team was able to determine our needs and steer us towards the perfect rig for our lifestyle and purposes. We bought a Keystone trailer in 2022. Staff was amazing and no pressure to buy. We had some warranty work that needed to be done and Sicard handled everything around our schedule. We did not miss any camping because of the repairs. Meghan, jill and Katelyn were so helpful and we loved dealing with them. This place is the best.

My wife and myself had just been through a demonstration on a fifth wheel we had purchased with Jalen. He was very knowledgeable and knew his job. He was also very respectful and took time to go through every function the trailer had to offer. I can tell he was very passionate about his job and would recommend him to anyone. Amazing staff!, And what a wonderful experience shopping at SICARD RV. We bought our first motorhome here and were shown various models by Phill, who is an amazing salesman and Jack from Finance! Both were very patient and knowledgeable. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, this place is well kept, organized and sanitized. Nicole gave us an amazing demo since it was our first RV. We did run into a small issue two weeks after buying the RV. Our auto-leveller panel failed due to a stripped wire. I contacted Sicard RV and almost everyone on the Service and Mechanic team got together to help us with the problem immediately. Terry (the owner I believe) sent someone to our HOUSE! (THANK YOU MARK!!!) They were able to diagnose the issue in our driveway and schedule us for the very next day for service! That really blew my mind. I've never had a dealership, or any big organization do fast service for new customers. Really really thank you, guys! I highly recommend this place to everyone, especially if you are new to Motorhomes!

Very happy thus far with the Sicard RV team. Bought a beautiful unit through Sicard RV, and although there were some hiccups at first, Sicard went above and beyond to make everything right for us. Kudos to the Assistant General Manager & HR - Nicole Serwatuk who really went the extra mile, we appreicate you so much! I just want to share my experience recently to deal with my residential fridge. This issue never got resolved until this guy Jon Kendrick took the matter seriously on my behalf and my warranty. He understands you can’t enjoy your Motorhome and camping with your family if your fridge don’t work! With his plan you’ve got to trust him and he delivered! He got me a new residential fridge replacement and installed just in time to enjoy the camping ‘24 season.

An excellent experience trading our old RV for a new one. Phil was very helpful in setting up a great deal. Amber did an excellent job of demonstrating all of the features of our new RV. She ensured that we were totally confident in how the RV worked before we left the dealership.

Professional and excellent customer focused service from the start to the end. Being a first time RV owners .. Kary took the time to listen to what our needs and expectations are and showed us the models that would work for us and within our budget. Karen walked us through the purchase financing, warranty and additional options along with honest advise on how to protect our investment. Excellent demo service from Jaylen sharing his knowledge, understanding that we being first time RV owners  would have rooky questions. Carson was a star making sure we didn't leave till we are fully setup and ready to go, spent time explaining different technical and safety features and repeated the information till he was sure we understood ever aspect of towing and setting up the RV. Being in the customer service business myself, I always say that you can only find out the true nature of a business when  faced with an issue and how the team work to solve it.  Kevin the sales manager made sure that any concerns we had were addressed assuring us always that he and the team will do everything needed to make sure we are happy customers. Myself and my family are very thankful for the Sicard team for making our first RV purchase a smooth, enjoyable and stress free experience.

Parts customer service is top drawer. Always wonderful accessories for out 5th wheel. Terri Ann, Ricky and Meaghan are fun. Knowledgeable and on top of the latest necessities.

Just purchased our first rv for my 2 girls and myself at Sicards and from start to finish was so refreshing, compared to the other place i went to! First the salesman Carm was amazing! By far the best salesman I've ever dealt with. He could of easily upsaled me but he made sure we got the one we needed! Very knowledgeable and a true gentleman! The entire team was very helpful and made the process for first time buyers almost seamless! They set everything
up while i was going through the demo so i was able to drive it home, couldn't be happier!

From The first moment we interacted with the team at Sicard Rv there highly experienced and dedicated owner Terry Sicard, I knew I was in good hands it was apparent Sicard and his team Members care about there customers needs as they drive to deliver outstanding service. Our sales representative Paul Harper did an awesome job at helping to try to figure out what we wanted, when we didn’t know what we really wanted, we knew we wanted a Class A diesel pusher and the few options that we wanted and we sat down with Paul and he went over a few different models and we found that the Reatta was a perfect fit for us.
Paul then introduced us Dave McCulloch The senior service advisor and he answered any other questions we might have and over the years anytime we’ve brought our unit in Dave has gone above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied 100% on every service that was needed to be repaired
One other individual who consistently goes above and beyond is their exceptional manager Jessica P. She is always ready and available to address any concerns or inquiries and her professionalism and attention to detail have truly impressed me. Jessica ensure everything run smoothly and a Customer satisfaction raise the top priority here at Sicard RV.
I also wanna express my gratitude to the skilled mechanics Dave Hanson expertise and precision in diagnosing and resolving any mechanical issues have consistently exceeded my expectations, his dedication to his craft is truly remarkable.
Another great technician at Sicard RV is Mark Kluge he’s a remarkable individual who possess an outstanding work ethic his attention and his attention to detail. Marks excessive knowledge of RV’s especially the Entegra Reatta motorhome, was truly impressive anything that we weren’t sure about he was able explain in easy terms for anyone to understand on how certain things actually did work especially on our Reatta.
Last but not certainly least Liz Beattie, she is the scheduler at Sicard Rv and she always worked around our schedule to help make sure that we got in properly and made things seamlessly.

Great experience. Sicard was the only place willing to come to our seasonal RV in Fonthill . Had a broken slide out , the guys came on time on the scheduled day . They fixed my slide and emailed me the bill, I didn’t even have to be on site .

We had such a great experience buying a trailer from Sicards. When we met Kary at the RV show she showed us a trailer that met our needs perfectly. Her easy going manner and professional knowledge gave us the confidence to go ahead with our purchase. We are glad we did! Everyone at the dealership was fantastic. Martha talked us through all the paperwork and Kary made sure we were happy. Ethan was our "walk-through specialist" and he handled our many questions and concerns with knowledge and just the right amount of good humor.

In early December 2023, we purchased a very slightly used Jayco Greyhawk Class C motorhome. Both Suzanne, in sales and Amber, in delivery did an exceptional job. We picked it up and drove to Florida for our 3 month stay. I am happy to report that it performed flawlessly, not one issue. A Jayco Greyhawk is indeed a better quality coach. Everything works as it should and very well, it was well prepared. This is our 4th RV in the last few years and our best buying experience. Thank you to the team, bravo.

Back in August, my spouse and I decided that we were going to pick up everything and have the experience of a lifetime by buying an RV and travelling across North America.

We received a trusted recommendation from dear friend and ended up at Sicard RV in Smithville Ontario, right near Hamilton.

There we found the friendliest and most informative staff for a couple of newbie’s, like us, just starting out.

We picked up our beautiful fifth Wheel RV and parked on a friends property for about a month to learn all the ins and outs before setting out on our adventure.  It wasn’t long until we ran into some issues and had a bunch of new challenges on our hands.

One by one we resolved each problem, however finding ourselves frustrated at the fact that these things had been sorely missed by Sicard RV.   Considering that this would have put us in a very difficult situation had we been somewhere far away and possibly remote while these issues arose.

We reached out to Sicard RV and described all of the challenges that we had experienced, not expecting there wouldn’t be anything that they could do for us however, they did the exact opposite!  They listened kindly and respectfully to each and every concern we had and in the end COMPENSATED us for every single issue that we experienced!  Well my spouse and I were completely shocked that they would do this and on top of compensation they also provided us with a gift card to their store!  We were BLOW AWAY!  We didn’t expect anything but also didn't want to be passive aggressive and not show up at Sicard RV again! This sincerely and completely took us by surprise.

After this experience with Sicard RV we will be buying our next RV there and I would strongly recommend anyone to experience the kindness, professionalism and great quality staff and service that you would expect when buying such a special and life changing purchase!

I had a pop-up TT for 4 years and loved it and the camping life. But I decided to upgrade to a "glampier" experience and began with online research, ultimately deciding that a Class C would be perfect for me. Everything I read said that the most important decision you make about buying your RV is selecting the right dealer. It is inevitable that things will break over time and need repair and you want to have a dealer that will have your back. This research led me to Sicard RV. I have been delighted with the service and support for my Jayco Melbourne. From the sales process with Ryan and team (Ryan was a no-bull rep. He told me honestly what I could and could not do with this model - there was no high pressure sales tactics and it enabled me to make an informed decision), to parts with Terry-Anne (she's amazing and goes out of her way to find what I need) and service with Dave (thanks for always helping me 'find the right button' over the phone - LOL), I am treated like a VIP every step of the way. Each time I run into something that I don't understand, if I can't find it on Google, I call in to the dealership. They always ensure I get to speak to a person and if that person doesn't know, they find someone who does. There have been a few minor (warranty) issues that still need adjusting which Dave and his team are looking after - my understanding from online forums that this is pretty normal. And they are truly minor, I am able to fully use and enjoy my RV in the meantime. The main thing is that I am super confident with this rig. I still have lots to learn about it but each time I learn something new it just adds to my confidence level.
