Wagons West RV Park & Storage

Our family adored our visit at this sweet little campground. After a summer of tenting, my kids pleaded for us to stay in a trailer or a cabin. We stayed in the premium rental which has two trailers, a cook tent and a huge site, definitely could accommodate reunions or other get togethers.

There were so many thoughtful touches in the trailer and site, we highly recommend. The campsite owners are so sweet, when we were leaving I asked the kids how their trip was, they said they loved the playground and Shawna was so nice, they want to be her friend. Everyone we interacted with treated us like family :)

The general store has pretty much everything you could think of, they have books and board games to borrow so even a rainy day wouldn’t dampen spirits. The prices are super reasonable, my kids found a few treasures and really had a great time.

Really awesome campground on the outskirts of Sundre Alberta. Family friendly with park/playground space and a large fenced-in dog park. They also offer rv storage. On site, you will find a well equipped store with everything from rv supplies to snacks, as well as laundry facilities and washrooms.

My wife and I spent a week hunting in the area and booked a site here. It was the coldest week of the year so far, and it dumped a bunch of snow. We were the only people in the campground when we arrived; they had our spot cleared of snow and ready to go! Snow was also cleared first thing in the morning before daylight; they even blew our vehicle off every morning! Very friendly people, facilities were clean and kept in good order. 10/10 will definitely stay here again when we hunt next year.

Love this campground! The grass is so green sometimes you will see deer around the camp and there’s a grocery store nearby! Perfect campground for camping. Me and my friends love this campground

Spent the summer in Sundre area working while living in my trailer. Fun and friendly atmosphere here. Definitely will be back again this time for a holiday.

We took an annual spot here this year and I think we found out new 'home' 😀 The place is beautiful, well maintained and spacious. Shawna and Mark who own/operate the park are fantastic people and very easy to get along with. The park is super dog-friendly with a huge off-leash dog park (the barking lot) and is also super for kids...in addition to a fabulous playground they have train rides for the kids and even a money mountain where they bury coins for the kids to dig up! They have special events for the seasonal campers as well. So very happy we stumbled upon this Iasis of relaxation!!

Love, love, love this campground! Mark, Shawna & family have gone out of their way to make myself and my family feel like we are welcomed and loved. I have had a seasonal site since 2014. I am known to the kids as “The Snow Cone Lady”. I love it and them! It’s my pleasure to share a little happiness with everyone who comes to relax and enjoy the kindness and welcoming setting that is Wagon West! I recommend it to anyone who asks. Thank you Mark, Shawna and family for a wonderful 8 yrs! Here’s to more yrs!

Wonderful campground close to Sundre. Just far enough off the highway that you don't hear the traffic, but close enough to be convenient. Very family friendly, lots for the kids to do from the playground to the train rides. Nice fenced in off leash dog park so you can run the dog before bedtime. Big, clean showers. Very close to several golf courses and 1 minute to Tim Hortons if you forgot your coffee. Operated by some of the friendliest, most caring people I have ever met.

we have been come to Wagons West for 4yrs we now have a seasonal spot. Shawna, Mark and there whole family are amazing. You get treated like family. The dog park is amazing. They do so many great things for the kids. I would highly recommend this campground to anyone.

We just finished our stay at Wagons West and we had an awesome stay! The owners Mark and Shawna go out of their way to accommodate their guests. They have a big heart and are willing to help you out. We recommend this camping ground on every level!

Really amazing customer service. It is quiet relaxing and nice. Sundre is a small town feel. Definitely a good camping spot for a weekend!

An awesome campground, we had a wonderful stay here with visiting family . The owners were absolutely fantastic and did everything they could to make sure we had a great time. Looking forward to returning for many more camping trips in the future!

Stayed three days. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome, and introduce me to the beauty of the surrounding area, including giving me advice on local establishments and amenities. Good communication, very friendly, I left feeling like family!

It was our first time staying at this campground and definitely not the list! I phoned and the lady was so helpful, informative and overall wonderful. This place has everything you need from full service, a playground, dog park, a store with everything even things I have forgotten in the past that I had to travel far to get. They treat you like family and the campground is very clean and secure. Even train rides for the kid. I highly recommend this place

We often stay at wagons west, owned and ran by a fantastic family. Love the children's play ground it's nice and open so keeping an eye on the children is no problem. Washrooms are well maintained and also noticed this year they did a amazing renovation which brightened up the bathrooms. The grounds are well kept ( never any garbage or empties ) left in the sights. We will continue to stay here in the future!

Fantastic little hidden gem. We really enjoyed our stay here, the place was clean and well set up with a little of something for everyone. Shawna is lovely and engaging and makes you instantly feel welcome.

This is, without a doubt, the cleanest and greenest RV park i have ever stayed at. I was leery being so close to town but this stay has been great. No problems with water, sewer, electrical hookups. The "lots" are easy to move into (i have a 30' TT) and the grass in each lot is better than my lawn at home. There is a great fenced off area for the dogs to run and play off leash. The owners are super friendly and they are always doing something for the little kids. The whole family had a great time and i am positive we will be back

Very family friendly environment with an awesome playground. We've been to the campground over a dozen times and every time I was extremely impressed with how friendly and helpful the family is that owns it. Most of the campground is filled with campers who return and all the kids get to know each other. Just one km away from Tim Hortons and less than a 2 min drive away from downtown Sundre but still quiet and out of the way of traffic!!!

Amazing little park with all that you could need for weekend getaways. We put our names on the list for a permanent site here because we like it so much. The staff are friendly and helpful and can help you with pretty much anything you need. The fenced in dog park was a big seller for us .
