nice library but mostly in Portuguese only. wonderful ambience and architecture. an exceptional feeling to be in for a while.

Livraria Cultura is the largest bookstore in the city. Finding a bookstore this expansive in the data age is almost unheard of. There are many hard to find volumes and unique tomes. I highly recommend you stop here just to see the wat things were before 1995. This place smells like knowledge.

This is a book lovers fantasy place. Such a chill spot . I went in here to meet my friends and was surprised at what I saw. I haven't seen a bookstore like this. I m talking about a bookstore here not library. There are beautiful libraries here. It will take some time for another bookstore to top this

Amazing book store in São Paulo, one of the biggest book stores in Latin America. Mostly you can find a lot of books in Portuguese, but there are some books in English and French.

I really adore this bookstore and in my opinion, it is one of the nicest in Sampa. Tucked away inside a larger shopping area, I consider it sort of a hidden gem. Walking in makes me think of the library scene in "Beauty and the Beast." The selection of books is considerable, with a particularly nice children's section. I also really enjoy the art section, which feels like another shop in and of itself, since it's tucked away in the upper floor behind glass. There's a cute cafe located on the ground floor where you can get a variety of snacks. Of course there are plenty of Portuguese language books, but there is also a good selection of English titles as well. The store is ALWAYS busy when I visit it, but the staff are charming and helpful. Be sure to sign up for the rewards program! I guarantee if you spend a significant amount of time in São Paulo, you're going to want to come here more than once. This has become my go-to shop for all things literary!

Best bookstore in São Paulo. The place itself is a deep dive into the knowledge world. Full of people and books of all type, ages and areas. Good for buying books, meeting point, reading on the chairs, in the ground, and even for a coffee while starting your new book! One of my favorite places in São Paulo!

A very cozy bookstore with an enormous selection. I usually attend to this place as a hangout spot, due to its comfort whenever I hold out for an event; or meeting up with friends for a late night drink close by.

It hosts theater events, book launches, book clubs and several other smaller scale events across the year, so you definitely should a pay a visit, and get your reading habits back on track.
