Mercure Sao Paulo Paulista

All good. The receptionists are all nice and accommodating. Would stay again! Nothing to complain. Suggestions: Maybe some free water?

I stayed for one night, but this hotel was the perfect place for a quick stop-over.

The restaurant menu was extensive, the food was good, and the room was large and modern. Highly recommend for business or holidaymakers hoping to stay in the Paulista area.

I just arrived 2 days ago in São Paulo and decided to go for the Mercure São Paulo Paulista hotel. I don't regret my decision as this hotel is very good with a reasonable price. Room size is big, as well as the bed and it's very, comfortable. Mini bar is full of pleasant stuff, a lot of TV programs available, safe free of charge usage and everything combined with a good service. It's not noise during the night as this hotel is located on a side street next to avenida Paulista. Around the corner you have a huge grocery store, a lot of bars, shopping malls and restaurants. The fitness room is ok, some basic equipment with a complimentary bottle of water. All in all I enjoyed my stay so far and would recommend this hotel

You know what really grinds my gears? A bad hotel service and that is why I had a great time here. Since the beginning of my stay I was very welcomed. And what about the food? The best ever!! Bigger tips are always a pleasure after a smile of them hahaha

spent two weeks here twice, and was very happy. comfy bed, great shower pressure, and yummy breakfast including, of course, excellently strong coffee with hot milk. the folks who work here are lovely and warm, and most speak at least a bit of english. get a room with a terrace if you can!

Loved the overall experience, close Ave Paulista, next to restuarants, Bakery. The Market was walking distance, same with the church, cleaners, Medicine store. My toom was on the 8th floor and it's was very chic, comfortable, I sleep great in my bed. If it gets noisy from the outside I just shut the window and u won't hear a beep. The shower feel great, no problems with hot or cold, Toilets were flushing properly. Even the A/C and heater worked well. Couldn't ask for anything better.

The experience was great. My room was spacious and cozy. The breakfast had a great variety of cakes, breads and drinks. The recepcionists were polite and attentive to my doubts.

I stayed for the weekend, as I had a meeting nearby. The hotel is very well placed, near metro stations and Paulista avenue. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, with sweet fruits and some tasteful breads. Service was nice.

Very good hotel. Staff was friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I appreciate the sanitizing measures this hotel has taken. Reasonably priced

Check-in was quick. Room was claean. Wifi quality is good. Variety and quality of breakfast was good.
Quality of Pizza order in the room was below average. Need to improve it.

Friendly staff who went the extra mile to help. Nice room with a big balcony. However the bathroom needs an upgradation.
