Great hotel! The room was a bit small but comfortable and clean. τhe bathroom/shower was great! The gym was odd, and difficult to use. The breakfast was good, and the place was close to a lot of interesting things. I’d come back!

Great hotel with a clean pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gym. Very friendly staff, good air conditioning and pet friendly, so much si they adopted a horel dog who stays there 24hrs ✅ would come back!

Only downside was the wifi which kept switching on and off

A very nice hotel. It seems like a retrofit that was really well done. The cheapest rooms are small, but it manages to be quite cosy. The breakfast is amazing and has plenty options of fruit, pastry, and cereals. Finally,and foremost, the rooms are super silent. Totally recommend it.

The hotel is located near everything, it’s very safe to walk around to coffees bars and restaurant,
Staff is super friendly we understood each other very easily even though i dont speak a word in portugeese and they dont speak english
Rooms are clean and well maintained
Breakfast is a all you can eat buffey
Pool is warm and water changes everyday
Gym is good too, they even have some bicycles you can hire
All in I would gladly recommend this place

Warm pool, good service, quick check in and check out, gym should be bigger but not a problem since there are good alternatives around the place. Room is comfortable. My only concern is that they provide only one pillow per person unless you request more.

The best hotel we've found in São Paulo. Cheap, great quality, perfect location, AMAZING breakfast, hot swimming pool and great gym/sauna. And English speakers in the staff.

Amazing location (Paulista market on Sundays, nightlight, etc), great amenities (spa, pool), great staff, and solid rooms (they’re all different so if you want interior, balcony, etc, make sure to ask what rooms they have to offer!

Great stay. The warm swimming pool area is great! The breakfast os delicious!!! The have a Nespresso machine!!!
